Japanese brand Phenomenon always has some new ideas concerning accessories. While some of their clothing is a little too out there for our taste, their accessories are fun and innovative. The latest ones to be introduced are the puffy necklaces and the coffee pendants. The puffy necklaces add polka dot and plaid designs to the otherwise very bling looking chain link necklace.
