v-moda is not good, too much bass... keep your money and buy a shure SE530 on ebay, they\'re not so expensive, buy also a sony mini-disc player like the MZ-RH1 which record music in PCM so without any compression and the cherry on top record directly your vinyl to this player then you\'ll know what is MUSIC. these headphones are for small player who use to listen their bad playlist encoded in 128 kbps on their iphone

I bought a pay on their website a few months back and i must say i was surprised about the very good sound quality. I am not a hi-fi expert and it must of course be comapared to the price, but in my opinion they are at least just as good as V-modas and other good quality earphones up to to a 100$ price range. I think they have a good deep bass but at the same time they dont loose the clear and detailed middle and high notes
