Yesterday we showed you the Hayworth Mid II from the Y-3 Fall 2009 Collection. Here now a look at the pink colorway of the low top Ikuno sneaker. We really like how the entire shoe, including the mid-sole comes in pink. It is certainly a strong colorway, but since its otherwise very clean, one can pull it off.

More looks at the pink colorway of the Y-3 Fall 2009 Ikuno follow after the jump.

  1. Mike:

Too much pink for me, but I respect that Y-3 was one of the first labels to incorporate pink in their men’s line, even before Camron and Joey Crack thought it was fashionable…

  2. how long y-3 been out

  3. Mike:

    My bad, sorta…

Y-3 only started in 2003, a year or so after Cam and Fat Joe’s pink phase, but their lead designer (Yohji Yamamoto) used the same clean, simplistic, and often subtle pink hues on his men’s line in the mid to late 90’s.

    Aww, cute! I want ‘em!
