Well, first off congratulations to FC Barcelona for winning the UEFA Champions League final tonight. In time for the occasion we can give you a detailed look at an interesting unreleased sample of the Nike Blazer Hi “FC Barcelona”. It comes in white leather, with striped blue terry cotton on the back, neon yellow Swoosh and two tags that cannot hint the association with the Spanish (sorry, Catalan) soccer club. The sneaker is now available at Mentalkicks.

A more detailed look at the Nike Blazer Hi “FC Barcelona” follows after the jump.

  1. These are perfect for the sunny streets of Las Ramblas, but we’ll see how many people actually skate them. I can see some Spaniards just putting this on the mantel and treating it like a trophy.

  2. Kick-Smith:

Who cares if ppl skate in em’. Blazers were originally bball kicks…lol

  3. Jordi Puigpelat:

Thank you very much for your correction, thus we´ve spanish passport ,for most of us, is the only spanish stuff we ´ve.
Barcelona F.C. team will be the next world champion and our country, CATALONIA, the next free state in Europe.
You are invited to a new and happy future in Catalonia.
Long life to Nike,Barça and Catalonia.

  4. Omar:

Nike could do a whole pack dedicated to Barcelona away kits over the years. So many amazing colour ways. These squad number 8\\\’s probably belong to Iniesta who was amazing last night. Peace to Barca

  5. Otro Catalan:

Sorry Jordi but CATALONIA IS SPAIN :)

  6. Jordi Puigpelat:

Otro catalan: you are a great ignorant or, much worse an evil-minded. You can be catalan and have french, italian, andorranian or spanish passport. Your passport is only a document is not your soul. If you ignore the Catalan Countries history, please don´t leave such stupid commentaries and read some more books.

  7. Joe Roper:

Sorry, but I do not understand the controversy.
How can write about Catalonia someone who signed as Otro Catalan, in Spanish?.
It seems to me that this Spaniard wanted for us to deceive.
Long life to football. Long life to Barca. Long life to Catalonia.

  8. Jordi Puigpelat:

Hi Joe, I see that intelligent people do not need many explanations. You got it.
Spaniards invaded most part of the Catalan Countries while the north were by the french. We are still peacefully fighting for our freedom.
I am sure that with the understanding of such nice guys like you we´ ll get it soon.
