2 to 3 years ago when I first come a cross graphics & photo images treated in such manner, screen printed on T\\\’s, skate decks, etc etc…merchandises. I ask myself the same question too (what kind of person with what type of personality is gonna wear or buy that).
KiksTyo reputation has always been collaborating Japanese Soft Porn models with Sneakers like Nike. Another brand that does somewhat similar is: Wrongwroks.
Sex still sells, no doubt. But, is this some kind of ( new generation ) street style image we are projecting with to the world?
Street Style or Skinny Jeans Post punk-brits style, Couture, whatever you name it or call it.
We still face culture and geographical regions acceptancy. Blame the Internet age?
Ambiguity and bohemianism swimming in the fashion Zeitgeist?
I think at the end of the day there\’s no right or wrong to it. It\’s just a choice we made.

dude, I share your sentiment 100%, but this brand has been churning out the same crap for YEARS. always some corny half-naked asian chick in the latest “it” sneakers — I have no idea what kind of dork buys this stuff, but to each his own, I suppose. at least it makes the rest of us look good (in comparison.)
