Vegas | Royalefam x DC Life "Circus of Mutants" Collection Preview

Working once again with famed Singapore-based sneaker customizer, SBTG, DC Life presents a capsule collection of collaborative gear under the Royalefam umbrella. Inspired by SBTG’s childhood skate gang, Circus of Mutants, the shoes were done up in a black and green colorway with familiar SBTG details and an abundance of Fly imagery. Don’t quote us on this, but apparently, each skater in the crew had their own nickname, with SBTG’s being “The Fly.” The capsule release includes 5-panel cap, snapback, boardshort and t-shirt components. The boardshorts stand out as especially fly to us. Hits select accounts for Spring 2010.

More looks at the Royalefam x DC Life “Circus of Mutants” Collection after the jump.

  1. seriously dope ass shoe.

  2. It seems like DC is becoming the go to address for sneaker customizers to do an actual production shoe – Royalefam, Methamphibian and Nash!

  3. artistry:

I agree with both of you! And DC pioneered the collabo with artists dating back to 2000 with KAWS and OBEY. Now SE Bikes is reaping the benefits after the DC x PK Ripper…. Other brands are watching and learning. Straight sampling the idea!! DC has been ahead of the game for over a decade. They already put out an SE Quad Angle and Fix Gear.
