27 October 2009, 21.35 | Posted in Art | 19 comments »

KRINK Mini Cooper S
Car company Mini provided artist KR with a Cooper S to customize in Hamburg, Germany. No surprises here – the car is outfitted in Mr. Costello’s signature silver-drip KRINK aesthetic. The car will be shown Wednesday October 28th at Erste Liebe Bar.

Michaelisbrucke 3
Hamburg, Germany

Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area. More photos soon.

As a veteran of over one thousand psychic wars, I speak with authority when I warn of the wizards of a modern age who cast spells of electric power. It’s the silver drips that make them dance, that lead up to an ivory tower.

  12. KR:

Hey, everybody I’m an artist. I walk around the perimeter of a car and squeeze a plastic bottle so that paint drips down the sides. This makes me an artist.

  13. Would be more impressive if he kept it drivable.

  14. c15:

would be cool if there were actually some idea in it… now it just looks like a car with a bad paintjob… if it were drivable it would be actually “a design” as Dan suggested above.
