JC de Castelbajac "Lego" New Era Caps

Over the years we have seen many interesting concepts incorporating Lego. More recently Dee & Ricky have been very successful with their Lego built heart brooches. French fashion designer JC de Castelbajac has taken it a little further. Today we take a closer look at his Lego New Era Caps, which even incorporate a mohawk.

Check out more images of the JC de Castelbajac “Lego” New Era Caps after the jump.

  2. i wonder how comfortable that would be to wear

If viewed as artwork, then it is okay (I guess), but as a wearable item, it’s dumb as fuck.

  4. Curt:

Yeah even as artwork it’s pushing it. They should try marketing this to children as a new lego set, “wearable lego, be the coolest kid in school”

  10. I’m a fan of much of JDCD’s irreverent fashion, but I’m afraid that is just plain ugly. Even if it is made with a much-loved childhood favorite…. Legos.

Speaking of which, here are over 40 items inspired by or made with Legos for people to enjoy:
