Laduree chez Tomorrowland

In time for Valentine’s Day 2010 hyped French bakery and maker of the already iconic macaron sweets, Laduree, is opening its doors at Japanese retailer Tomorrowland. They will be offering custom packaging for their macaron anc chocolates. It looks like this will be a temoporary partnership for now. You can be sure that Tokyo is psyched about this addition.

More after the jump.

but… Pierre Herme is from Paris too. Although I have never had Laduree, I did go to the Pierre Herme in Shinjuku, and they were excellent. The only person I know who has had both says she prefers PH.

Japanese people also like Abercrombie and Hollister… that doesn’t mean it’s good, does it?

  5. Ok, I get your Abercrombie point, but Laduree is good, its very good. I cannot say if its as good or better than Pierre Herme, but it is definitely good. We are not talking about Prada and Abercrombie here, its a comparison on a high level I would say!
