Some interesting new releases are coming from the Converse Japan Spring 2010 Collection. From their new Dresscode 1/2 Collection, the brand presents the Trio CC and the All Star Chukk Mid. The Trio CC is a canvas version of a classic slip-on shoe and the All Star Chukk Mid, is a mid version of the Chuck Taylor, inspired by the Chukka boot. The Marine Sea Hi is a high version of the Converse boat shoe and it comes with a polka dot lining in three colorways.

The trio CC is potentially the most mental shoe I have ever some across. Bizarelly, I quite like it. Would look good with some dark blue jeans, white T and some lightweight colourful knitwear from John Smedley or Huxley.

Their Chukka-like eye plackets actually look a little bit like the fake backwards Chuck ALIFE pranked us with last year.
