Today we come across Japanese brand HenderScheme. While we do like their entire line-up of handmade shoes, we want to highlight some of the all time sneaker classics that the brand has re-produced, in a series entitled ‘Hommage’.
Every single piece of the shoe is made and put together by hand, with the result being rather interesting. The Air Force 1 and the Era are especially beautiful, while the Superstar’s rubber toe box turns out a little different when produced by hand, using leather. We love the raw nature of their product, craftsmanship and idea of making mass produced footwear special again.
Check out some of their other handmade sneakers after the jump.
