A while ago we presented the Kermit The Frog x adidas Superstar II. Here comes now a follow up with yet another The Muppets collaboration sneaker by the German footwear giant, paying tribute to Jim Henson’s characters. This time they present the adidas Originals AR 2.0 ‘Animal’ high top sneaker. A black patent leather upper is complemented with a furry orange lining, Muppet character embossed on the tongue and metal studs placed on the removable ankle strap.
Obviously its too much and just too design heavy and thus clearly only a sneaker for fans. Gettry has it in stock now.

Too design heavy? You mean the REMOVABLE studded strap? Not really much more design to them other than that. The fur and animal character I feel wouldn’t be overbearing without the strap. I’ve been down with the Disney project so far. Not sure how I feel about these. Great colors tho.
