Pushead anniversaries his Nike SB Dunk Low for Fall 2012 with a bleached version of his original ‘Bruised’ Dunk, first released in 2006. The shoe pays tribute to the custom garments Pushead created and wore with his band Septic Death. The artwork is a mix of prints and illustrations and will also be applied across the surf, skate and snow product lines. Now on display at Civilist Berlin as part of an installation organized by Juergen Bluemlein of the Skateboard Museum.

Some point to 2006 as being the final year of true relevance and excitement for Nike Skateboarding’s Dunk releases, with the Pushead being one of the last few heavy-hitters before the sub-label went on a prolonged slump.
