In the summer of 1992, the American Basketball Dream Team made their way over to the Barcelona Olympic Games and came back Gold Metal Champions. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the victory, Nike Sportswear produced a limited edition apparel collection. The pinnacle piece of the collection is the Destroyer Jacket. In addition to The Destroyer Jacket, they have also created elements of this storytelling on an AW77 Hoody, Crew sweat, Tees and Caps. In addition to the apparel collection Nike will be re-issuing some of the footwear styles that the team wore for the tournament, including the Nike Air More Uptempo, Nike Shox BB4, Nike Air Force 180, Nike Air Zoom Huarache 2K4 and Nike Air Force 1 Hi.

That destroyer varsity jacket is to damn sick! Might have to make this purchase just to have it! Worse part about the jacket, I have a feeling u are goin to see these trendy/hype beast kids walking around with it on and they weren’t even born when the dream team played!
