Today the official announcement came of what has been rumored for months already – Raf Simons will be leaving Jil Sander. Effective February 27th, Raf Simons will leave the brand right after the Fall 2012 Jil Sander show, taking place on the 25th in Milan.
Rumors that Simons might be going to Yves Saint Laurent and Dior have also been circulating, but so far the designer has not announced anything yet. Now that his leave is official, it can only be a matter of weeks before we hear what he does next, of course besides his own namesake brand. (Via Stylefile)
