Video: The City of Samba – Tilt Shift of the Rio de Janeiro Carnaval

tilt shift is such a lazy effect, and does this subject matter no good. there is nothing remotely joyous about this video, at all, and if it weren’t for the closing scenes of the parade, this would have been just another stupid student project. there’s no sense of storytelling and nothing visually compelling… i’d rather watch a video of someone grocery shopping.
