Highsnobiety x PUMA 'Bread & Butter Berlin' Bikes-01
We’ve always enjoyed the way has PUMA integrated bikes into their sneaker projects, so when they asked us if we’d like to team up with them on a pair of bikes to ride during the week of Bread & Butter Berlin, we were more than happy to oblige.

The outcome is two clean rides, the first a matte olive, fold-able 8-speed cruiser with an integrated basket and vintage style seat, while the second is a more agile grey and white fixed gear. Both bikes are outfitted with both PUMA and Highsnobiety branding, alongside a Bread & Butter Berlin hit.

Look for us and our extended friends and family riding these bad boys around town all week.

Shepard Fairey x Trek Madone 6.9 SSL for Team RadioShack-01

Bike label Trek has partnered with artist Shepard Fairey and his creative agency Studio Number One to design the Madone 6.9 SSL that Team RadioShack will ride throughout the 2011 Tour of California.

The bikes, emblazoned with imagery created by Fairey and inspired by the team’s namesake, were handmade and painted in Trek’s Waterloo, WI manufacturing facility. “Working with my design agency, Studio Number One, and lead Art Director Casey Ryder, we took inspiration from RadioShack’s epic electronics legacy and iconic color scheme to create a race aesthetic conveying energy, speed, and mobility,” Fairey said. “With several avid cyclists on our team, it’s always an honor to affect the surfaces of the most technically advanced race bikes in the world and work with the top-notch Trek art and design team again.”

During the Tour of California Trek will be offering the chance to win one of these limited edition bikes at trekbikes.com.

The bike enthusiast engineers at Lito Green Motion have developed the Sora Electric Motorcycle. “It’s got specs like a normal motorcycle: two wheels, rakes, 708ft-lbs of torque, top speed of 120mph and a range of 185 miles, but that’s where the similarities to its gas-guzzling brethren end. It also has an LCD touch screen, on-board GPS and the world’s first electric seat. Ride it like a cafe racer, street fighter or daily driver with one simple touch of a button.” Goes for $44,000 USD. Highsnobiety Giveaway – Warrior Footwear & Flying Pigeon Bicycles

Highsnobiety Giveaway - Warrior Footwear & Flying Pigeon Bicycles-01

We’ve teamed with Warrior Footwear to give one lucky reader a pair of sneakers, a t-shirt (their choice from Warrior) and a Flying Pigeon Bicycle (as seen above.) Really, everything you need to enjoy the spring. For those who haven’t heard of Pigeon, like Warrior sneakers, the Pigeon bikes are really relevant in Chinese history:

“Throughout the 1960s and 1970s the logo became synonymous with almost all bicycles in the country. The Flying Pigeon was the single most popular mechanized vehicle on the planet, becoming so ubiquitous that Deng Xiaoping — the post-Mao leader who launched China’s economic reforms in the 1970s — defined prosperity as “a Flying Pigeon in every household”. To enter the contest all you have to do is comment on the Facebook discussion. Good luck!
