Japanese gaming giant Sony makes a strong play for Nintendo Wii market share with their latest announcement. The PlayStation Move motion controller (for PS3) functions much like Nintendo’s Wii Remote and Nunchuck, working in conjunction with the PlayStation Eye camera and a sub-controller – though Sony claims their version is much more accurate. And you can play in HD. We’ll have to wait and see if this can compete with a traditional controller/Wii gaming. The PlayStation Move releases sometime this Fall.

Panasonic continues to enlarge their popular micro four thirds line-up and will soon introduce the Lumix G2, the first upgrade from the G1. The new model is equipped with a touchscreen display on top of the 12.1 megapixel sensor, interchangeable lense system, HD video mode and much more.
The camer will be released in black, as well as blue and red. More images follow after the jump.

WeSC offers a look into their new 2010 Activist Headphone Collection. Activists spanning from DJ/producer Stretch Bongo, The Berrics skate park, Baltimore-bass man Pase Rock, Italian production duo Crookers, and artist Matthew Weinstein were each treated to their own signature pair of Bongo headphones. Olympus presents the latest model in their PEN series. The PEN E-PL1 is the answer the biggest criticism that people had on previous PEN models – it features an integrated flash and comes at the much lower 600 USD price tag. The camera still allows interchangeing lenses and boasts a 12 Megapixel sensor. The camera will be released in the near future.
