Today it was announced that the first single from the much anticipated G.O.O.D. Music album will release this week. Mercy Me, a song by Kanye West, Pusha T, Big Sean and 2 Chainz is set for an April 6 drop. The artwork has also bee unveiled today, as seen here above. We will of course keep you posted.

For now though, it will be a GOOD Friday!

Rufus Wainwright will soon drop his seventh studio album, Out of the Game, on May 1, and the video for its lead single has dropped today, where we find him hanging out in a library with Helena Bonham. Definitely worth watching, so check it out here below.

The music video premiere of ‘I Think She Ready’ featuring FKi, newly-signed Interscope rapper Iggy Azalea and Grammy-nominated Diplo has debuted today exclusively on SSENSE. The video was shot and produced in LA by founder of What You Steal, Alex 2Tone, whose previous video credits include Iggy Azalea’s “My World” and work with Dizzee Rascal and Danny Brown. The video was styled entirely by SSENSE, where you can shop Iggy’s, FKi’s and Diplo’s looks using interactive hotspot technology from wireWAX – every item featured is available to purchase directly through the video.

Get On Down, the creative force behind last year’s reissue of ODB’s “Return To The 36 Chambers” in a wallet emblazoned with ODB’s likeness does it again! This time Get On Down is pairing up with storied Los Angles independent label Delicious Vinyl for a beyond innovative reissue treatment of The Pharcyde’s “Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde.”

“Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde: The Singles Collection Music Box” starts with all the singles issued from “Bizarre Ride” on 7 different colors of 7″ vinyl. Each record is housed in a full color jackets all packaged into a full color box wrapped in Fuct’s original “Bizarre Ride II The Pharcyde” cover art. All cuts are also found on a Double CD which includes liner notes by album producer J-Swift and never before seen Pharcyde photos. The undertaking is rounded out with the inclusion of a 21″ x 28″ poster and a 120 piece jigsaw puzzle of the iconic rollercoaster cover art. Every aspect of this reissue is a jaw dropper, right down to the box itself which plays the Pharcyde’s “Oh Shit!” when the lid is opened.

This ultra-deluxe set is both a celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Pharcyde’s classic debut and this year’s Record Store Day.

Rocawear presents their first ever television commercial, Marcy to Barclays, and of course it stars its founder and owner Jay-Z.

“The first ever Rocawear commercial is a retrospective of Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter’s journey as a kid growing up in the humble projects of Brooklyn aspiring to make music and eventually making history. On that journey, the first business beyond music was the birth of Rocawear. Carter’s Rocawear brand represents his prowess as a business man who continues to challenge himself to be more than merely a musician.”

While we might not be the biggest fans of the brand and the fashion it produces, we do like the message that Jay-Z and the brand send out there. What do you think?
