Clae gets together with Mighty Crown to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the raggae dance hall crew. After having worked with Stussy on varsity jackets and with Nike Sportswear on a sneaker pack before, they have now given the Clae McQueen their own look. Featuring a grey wool upper, the mid top sneaker comes with green and red leather piping accents, contrasting green stitching, and special red logo tags on the tongue and heel. The sneaker will release in a limited edition mid December 2011.

Pom Pom Beanies are not for everyone, but these are undeniably cool. UNDFTD continues on with its Rocky series with these interesting pieces of headwear that pay homage to the Rocky series’ most memorable characters including the tragically murked Apollo Creed, the aggressive antagonist from Rocky III, Clubber Lang and of course, the movie’s namesake, Rocky Balboa. For those not completely comfortable with the pom poms, some traditional hats have also been created, too. These are available as of today at all UNDFTD chapter stores and online.

Nike SB announces their next full length feature film project – The SB Chronicles. “The SB Chronicles Vol. 1” will premiere online December 3rd, 2011 at 7 PM EST. Shot entirely in HD by Jason Hernandez, “The SB Chronicles, Vol. I” showcases full parts from Nike SB team riders Youness Amrani, Chet Childress Clark Hassler, Stefan Janoski, Lewis Marnell, Daniel Shimizu, Grant Taylor, and Wieger Van Wageningen. In the last couple of days first images leaked of the upcoming micro four thirds Panasonic Lumix GX1 camera. A promotional video of the camera surfaced, highlighting not only its new design, but also giving us a look at the functionality that it comes with. Panasonic continues to be one of the fore runners in the semi professional photography market with their Micro 4/3 division and the GX1 seems to be a worthy continuation. adidas Originals has released their Fall/Winter 2011 Archive Pack. Taking classic silhouettes from their collection and paying tribute to their original form and look, the pack includes three silhouettes – the Gazelle Indoor, Handball 5 Plug and Kopenhagen. All three sneakers come in each three colorways and are now available from adidas retailers, including VA.

Patta continues to display a level of consistency throughout all of their special projects. This time around, the Amsterdam-based retailer creates this PxK Hiking Collection in partnership with KangaROOS. Patta dipped into the their archives and pulled out two hiking styles, the K2 and Woodhollow models, and reworked them with the application of CORDURA® Nylon fabrics and premium leathers. Both look really nice and if you are not completely sold, the Woodhollow comes with a double branded Victorinox Swiss Army Pocket Knife. The worldwide release date is November 12the at selected retailers including: Avenue, Brothers & Sisters, Colette, CNCPTS, Footpatrol, Hanon, Norse Store, Overkill, Pigalle and Sneakersnstuff.

In an interesting new collaboration, Uniqlo’s t-shirt line UT has teamed up with MoMA for Holiday 2011.

Artists represented in the MoMA x UT – Message Art Now! Line, a collaboration between The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) and UT, were selected by Klaus Biesenbach, Director of MoMA PS1 and Chief Curator at Large at MoMA. These artists are among the most innovating within their disciplines and most dynamic in diverse works addressing a range of issues important to the global community.

The outcome is a great graphic t-shirt collection for both men and women, now available online here.

During Fashion Week Tokyo this week, mastermind JAPAN presented their upcoming Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. As usual the brand sticks mostly to their signature branding and presents a multitude of different styles and look for the coming season. From clothing to accesssories and interesting footwear collaborations, you can be sure that mastermind will deliver some good items in the coming months. We just do not like when they start adding too many graphics or details onto pieces.

Akomplice presents the second drop of a two-part David Flores mini series. This side of the collection sees four more of David Flores’ most famous pieces — including one of John Lennon as pictured above, curated into a series of collectible t-shirts. Each shirt has a hand numbered hang tag out of 350 and is packaged in a David Flores x Akomplice box.

Junya Watanabe continues to work with Mackintosh for Fall/Winter 2011. They present a nice rubberized cotton jacket for the new season, featuring a corduroy collar, tartan lining, suede detailing on the pockets and cuffs, as well as military grade metal clasps.
