Here is the final part of the Converse x Patta x Le Le video series which features Gee from Patta, Parra from Rockwell/Le Le and Makker the Dog, elaborating about how the project came about and the inspiration behind the product look, feel and materials.

Working with the popular 5-panel canvas, Opening Ceremony have produced several fresh headwear designs. As seen at (capsule) show Las Vegas, the New York based label used various patterns over an earth toned palette, while presenting a slightly different take on a classic. The construction is super soft right down the brim, the usual 5-panel back closure is replaced with a toggle and cable size adjustment mechanism, and some of the styles are actually reversible – from striped to solid in seconds. Available from Opening Ceremony come Spring 2010.

We present you the new Supreme Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The New York brand once again does not disappoint. The collection is very complete and offers a wide range of t-shirts, shirts, outerwear, hoodies, sweaters, 5-panel caps, New Era caps and accessories. The outerwear is looking really good this season, with the Barbour inspired waxed cotton jacket, the peacoat and the technical layer jacket being our favorites. The beanie and New Era cap offering is also very strong, yet the accessories stand out more. They present a knife, playing cards and other interesting items. Also they offer again their own footwear style this season, this time a mid suede sneaker. Supreme has collaboratied with Disney on a couple of Mickey pieces this season and with Hanes on some basic white t-shirts. The skatedecks this season come in a leopard look. The luggage collection also looks very nice, and consists of backpacks, messenger bags, waist bags and little carabiner pouches, all featuring a grid pattern on the upper.

The new Supreme Fall/Winter 2009 Collection will be available in US stores from September 3rd and in Japan from September 5th.

Japanese brand Deluxe will be releasing new product from their Fall/Winter 2009 Collection this coming Saturday. The drop includes t-shirts, knitted vests, hoodies, as well as new denim along with matching denim jackets. Furthermore first jewelry from the new collection is being released as well. Look out for the new goods in stores from August 22nd.

We get a first look at the MHI Spring/Summer 2010 “Headhunter” Collection. Carri Munden from Cassette Playa is responsible for the styling of the lookbook. Both all-over print, large graphics and more subtle chambray styles make up the collection.

For the 2009/2010 season, K2 Snowboarding teamed up with Original Penguin to create a high-end snowboard hardgoods collection. Original Penguin’s design team dug way back into the archives and worked with K2 to create a montage of classic patterns that adorn the new K2 “Slayblade” board. The collection also includes a “Maysis DBL BOA” boot and “Auto” binding. From a technical standpoint, Hybrilight construction results in an ultra lightweight feel while the boot’s integrated Harshmellow dampening quiets the vibrations and cushions landings allowing for maximum stability and speed. The collection retails for $950.00 USD and will be available at K2 retailers throughout North America and Europe starting July 2009.

More releases are coming this weekend from the CLOT CLOTone Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The drop includes the kzKLOT polo shirt collaboration with Kazuki, as well as several different safari shirts with leather shoulder details and a belt, coming in several colorways. One of the more interesting goods is the overall in this release. The new goods will be available from Juice in Hong Kong as of tomorrow, July 25th.

For Fall/Winter 2009, Dr. Romanelli once again taps into the great outdoors. The Dr Romanelli Summit collection consists of reworked 1960’s-1980’s outdoor apparel and gear. Primarily focusing on carefully selected flannels and hiking packs as the main source of inspiration, the collection ranges from reconstructed flannel backpacks to reinterpreted Cowichan Indian sweaters. The collection will be available exclusively at Barneys Japan with a capsule collection to be announced here in the US in coming weeks. Upcoming singer/songwriter/producer Mike Posner models the new collection. The line was shot by Andrew Paynter.
