By now a staple release for many brands, Carhartt is offering their take on the “Military Watch” for Spring 2012. Finished in black brushed steel the watch features a black face with white detailing and includes two nylon straps. Available through Carthartt WIP dealers shortly.

The Hundreds and Casio G-Shock presents a new collaborative GW-5610 watch for 2012. In addition to classic The Hundreds branding, the watch features a two-tone strap in black and white. Something to look forward to for fans of G-Shock and The Hundreds.

TAG Heuer outdo themselves with this Mikrogirder regulator system.

Conceived, developed and manufactured in-house in the company’s R&D lab in La Chaux-de-Fonds, Switzerland, the MIKROGIRDER is the fastest mechanical regulator ever crafted and tested.  Accurate to an unprecedented 5/10,000 or 1/2,000th of a second, the MIKROGIRDER is a completely new regulator system — a coupling beam/girder and excitatory beam/girder system working with a linear oscillator (versus a spiral shape in a classical hairspring) that vibrates isochronously at a very small angle, as opposed to a traditional watch, which vibrates at an angle of up to 320 degrees.

Swatch celebrates the Chinese Year of the Dragon with a limited Original Gent watch. The piece features an intricate Chinese dragon, drawn in blue on the white silicone strap, taking inspiration from classic blue and white porcelain artwork. Now available through Swatch.

Simple and timeless. If that’s what Ships Jet Blue was striving for when creating this Army Watch inspired by watches used by the British army during the 80’s, then they clearly achieved that with this piece. This watch will be available with two different colored straps: a red/white/blue and a black/grey. Both look great, but we’re partial towards the former. The watches will begin shipping mid-January and will be available through Zozo.

Last year, Oakley debuted its Gearbox watch and it was quite the success. This time, they will be dropping this new stealth/black/red color version, which will be shipping out mid-January. Check out some specs on the watch below:

In addition to telling time, the Vector is capable of multiple functions including serving as an electronic compass, altimeter, and barometer, which is why this watch has been a favored one amongst the outdoorsy type. In promotion of the release of this Meister Prodigy PR113 watch done in collaboration with the legendary Stash, the watch maker dropped this video entitled “Blue Monday”, which showcases Stash in action with a spray can. As you can see, the watch prominently features that familiar shade of blue synonymous with Stash’s work. The watch is available now and exclusively through MSTR’s site.
