If you’re a backpack/bag enthusiast, then you more than likely are familiar with Mission Workshop. They are certainly one of the best around as far as technical bags go. The Arkiv Field Pack is the latest release from the San Francisco-based company. It features a modular design, so you can pretty much customize it to fit your needs. The field pack starts at $209, and you can add extras like pouches for your laptop and cell phone, and other great add ons. You can build your bag now at Mission Workshop and they will begin shipping on June 15th.

The Field Packs are Arkiv system ready, allowing for the secure and simple attachment of weatherproof accessories to the exterior of the bag. Accessories range from simple cell phone pouches and tool pockets to larger organizers and laptop sleeves. The Arkiv accessories allow for infinitely customizable carry solutions. Changing accessories is as simple as it is intuitive.

‘Linsanity‘ continues in sneaker form via these Nike Zoom Hyperdunk Low 2011s dropping this weekend. A winning combination of black and orange has been selected for the colorway, with a matching insole that reads ‘Linsanity.’ These will be available this Saturday at select retailers including 21 Mercer.

Inspired by Olympic sports, Y-3 drops this “Faster, Higher, Stronger” collection in honor of the upcoming games in London. A handful of sneakers and graphic accessories make up the collection. Olive green, black, grey and white are the primary color used on the sneakers, and we see it also utilized on some totes and a belt. You can purchase the collection at Y-3.

Aside from the upcoming 1000% Daft Punk Bearbricks, Medicom has more surprises waiting for you. When it comes to interesting new materials, we find the classic Bearbrick the most interesting and the Japanese brand introduces two in the near future. The wooden Karimoku version of the 400% returns, yet this time also with a glow in the dark layer – glowing wood. Furthermore they present an all aluminium version of the toy, using Amirex aluminium.

Both new 400% Bearbricks will release on June 23rd, 2012.

Kanye West’s short film Cruel Summer is debuting at Cannes at the moment and it looks like Theophilus London and Ibn Jasper are on hand snapping some camera phone pics. Until we see actual press photos, check out these in the meantime.

Shot in black and white, we like very much the overall look of the photos and the attitude of the models. A nice new collaboration comes from NEXUSVII and George Cox for Spring/Summer 2012. The two brands present the Officer Shoes in two suede colorways. The leather toe cap and embossed graphic on the toe cap certainly make these stand out, while still keeping an overall classic look. Look out for these at retailers soon.

Model of choice at the moment is Kate Upton. She’s hot and fun, so why not? Women’s swimwear brand Beach Bunny have called in Kate to model their Summer 2012 Bronze collection. The swimwear looks good, but obviously looks better when modelled by a girl like Kate. She wears her hair slicked back with a few pieces of jewelry in this shoot.
