Reebok Pump Bringback x 24 KILATES’, from the 20th anniversary collaboration collection, main objective is to make an act of respect and admiration to a system that represented a revolution in the sneaker world. Respecting the original colours and showing the system to everyone to admire, a tribute with sense. The shoe comes in full black suede with transparent plastic parts on both sides and of course on the tongue to see the inflatable chambers with details in orange, white and grey. Only 31 numbered pairs will be released on November 20th at 24KILATES.

UK brand Addict has collaborated with two of their long term retail partners. In London they worked with Bond International and in Barcelona they worked with 24 Kilates. Each collaborative t-shirt comes in various colorways and is now available in the Addict Online Store.

The much anticipated 24 Kilates x New Balance 1500 “Miro” will be released soon. Coming with a black suede upper with colorful accents, the sneaker has been heavily influenced by the art of Spanish artist Miro. The sneaker also features a golden 24 Kilates lace lock. The sneaker will be released at 24 Kilates in Barcelona on Saturday, April 4th, and will come along with a t-shirt.

24 Kilates once again joins forces with New Balance. For their first collaboration a couple of months ago, on the New Balance 1700, the store was inspired by Antoni Gaudi. This time another famous Spanish artist got them inspired – Joan Miro.
"Regarding the features, it’s important to point out that Miró has two distinctive subjects: his surrealism and the use of the basic colours of the whole spectrum. We decided to manipulate those colours but using a black background, taking in consideration the surrealism mentioned above. The shoe, which combines perforated leather and suede, reaches its harmony when it’s seen from a distance. The attractiveness of this sneaker comes from a mixture of basic colours and surrealism – a mixture that provides its own sense for itself." Via Sneaker Freaker.
The sneaker will be released Spring 2009, around the end of January.

A while ago we presented to you this exciting project between 24 Kilates from Barcelona and New Balance and New Era (we did an interview at the time with the man behind 24K – read it here). The boutique worked on the New Balance 1700 as well as on the 5950 New Era cap. Inspired by Gaudi, a famous artist and architect from Barcelona, they present a colorful pack with lots of meaning.
We have seen many collaboration in recent years, also from New Balance, but we can clearly say that this is one of the strongest we have seen to date. Every detail has been perfected, from the upper to the laces and the embroideries.
The time of the release is now coming close, thus we present you a new, more detailed, set of pictures of the product. The 24 Kilates x New Balance x New Era pack will be released March 12th, at 1pm when the store opens. Both the sneakers and the caps are limited to 144 pieces and there will be no online sales.

24 Kilates is one of the most iconic streetwear stores in Barcelona and probably all of Spain. In little time the store has build up a great reputation and solid customer base. During Bread & Butter Barcelona, the store is host to industry parties, gallery shows and get togethers.
24 Kilates recently joined forces with New Balance and with New Era to create a range of products that not only represent the philosophy of the store, but also represent Barcelona as a city. This first part of the project has been inspired by the Spanish artist and architect Gaudi. Both the New Balance 1700 and the New Era cap that resulted in this project show the connection to Gaudi’s work at first site.
