A Bathing Ape is gearing up to launch a pop-up Pirate Store in New York City this September. Hosting a stock of archived and factory second items for both men and women, the Pirate Store will be a treasure trove of clothing, footwear, and accessories at discounted prices. If you’re a fan you won’t want to miss out on this rare opportunity. The BAPE Pirate Store NYC opens on Thursday, September 3rd and runs through to Monday, September 7th.

The original Nowhere store was operated in the 90’s by Nigo (A Bathing Ape) and Jun Takashi (Undercover) in Harajuku, Tokyo. Earlier this year, that store front was recreated at Dover Street Market in London, where we have already seen the resurgence of their original Last Orgy 2 brand.

Now we have a look at a collaborative A Bathing and Undercover “Nowhere” sneaker. Set against the iconic Bape green camo, the shoe’s Jack Purcell-like silhouette features an inset “Nowhere” toe cap and a co-branded footbed. These will be available soon at Nowhere’s shop-in-shop at Dover Street Market London.

Bape continues to celebrate their 15th anniversary and have recently released a giant version of their Milo character as a plush toy. The plush toy is now available at Cliff Edge.

Coming from Bape this season is a new series of the Skullsta, their shell toe sneaker. The sneaker comes in white with silver, gold, black, white, or blue logo.

Bape has released some nice new product this week. Among the new releases you find tonal camouflage M-65 jackets, flannel shirts, knitwear and new fleece. Our personal favorite is the black on black M-65 camouflage jacket and the red/black flannel shirt – both perfect for the colder days lying ahead.

After working with Nintendo on a DS Lite and releasing a series of t-shirts, Bape will be releasing some fleece pieces as well in November.

On 15th of November, Bape will be releasing “Mario To Milo” crewneck sweaters and hoodies, once again featuring the iconic characters of both brands – Mario and Milo.

Here comes a great new product from Bape – the folding trays. It’s the kind of product that is nice to have, but nobody really needs. A product that is useful, but usually only produced by very high end brands, such as Hermes, Bottega Veneta or Asprey. The happier we are that Bape made them now in several sizes. Good quality leather with a simple Bape head logo in the middle, the Bape folding trays are perfect for at home to put your keys, jewelry or watches, or for on the road to keep your hotel room organized.

Bape will soon be releasing yet another The Godfather collaboration t-shirt and once again the t-shirt is decorated with a Marlon Brando photo print. It looks very similar to the last release, but is different.
Just like the first time around, it comes in a packaged in a champaign bottle.

Celebrating their 15th Anniversary this year, Japan’s A Bathing Ape has achieved more than most other brands in this business. Today the brand is still going strong and heavily expanding overseas, outside of Japan.
No matter what your opinion on the brand is these days, they were the first in many areas and have pushed the envelope for the market in general.

Bape has released some nice new product this month. Their new Roadsta running sneaker is out in several colorways. Also they have once again released some New Era caps, this time coming in denim with a large logo patch on the front panels.
Both the sneakers and the caps are now available at Bape stores around the globe.
