We have previewed already the Holiday 2011 A.P.C. x Carhartt Capsule Collection and have also produced an in-house shoot for the occasion of this team-up. The line has finally released in retail today and we came across one item that we did not show you yet – the utility key. The stainless steel key is a 6-in-1 multifunction tool, including a bottle opener, miniatures serrated and straight knife blades, and three screwdrivers (phillips, flat and micro-eyeglass). The collaborative logo has been applied on the utility key and the wooden box that it comes in.

In 2009 Supreme and A.P.C. collaborated on a pair of raw denim and some t-shirts. New York brand Supreme added some details to the popular denim of the French brand, including their ‘Fuck Em!’ slogan, embroidered in small on the back pocket.

HBO’s ‘How To Make It In America’ just aired their season finale, in which Crisp shows off its first pair of jeans and they seem to have been heavily inspired by that pair of Supreme x A.P.C. jeans. Placed at the exact same spot on the back pocket you will find the slogan ‘Fuckin Crisp!’ embroidered.

Today we get a first look at the second collaboration between Carhartt and A.P.C. for Fall/Winter 2011. This time around the two brands present two jackets, including a varsity jacket, some shirts, as well as some t-shirts. Releasing in stores December 15th, we can hopefully show you some more images of the line very soon.

Today A.P.C. has announced that they will open a new store in New York City. The store will be located on Perry Street in the West Village and will be opening its doors December 2011.

A fantastic outerwear piece is coming from the A.P.C. Fall/Winter 2011 Collection. The Vintage Shearling Leather Blouson features a soft suede upper and a shearling fur lining, sure to keep you warm in the coming months. This is certainly a jacket that you need to wear a couple of seasons to add some character to it. But if the French brand keeps its promises on quality, the jacket will only get nicer with time. Coming from the new Holiday 2011 Collection of A.P.C., it is now available for 950 Euros.

After having presented yesterday the collaboration by A.P.C. and Wolverine, we take a look at the newly released Desert Boots by the French brand for Holiday 2011.

The boots come in two premium leather versions, featuring matching leather laces and a nice Crepe outer sole. The texture of the leather, having a slightly used look, turned out very nice and makes these some of the better desert boots this season. They are now available for 310 Euros from A.P.C. stores and their online store.

As part of its Holiday 2011 Collection, French brand A.P.C. teams up with Wolverine on the 1000 Mile Boot. Featuring a premium black leather upper, the hiking boot eyelets and full leather outer sole underline the premium nature of the boot. Priced at 400 Euros, the boots are now available from A.P.C. retailers and their official online store.

Today A.P.C. launched a series of Vans Vault sneakers in their online store. Labeled as ‘A.P.C. + Vans’, these seem to be collaborative, yet we are a little surprised, because both Chukkas and the 106 LX aka Chukka Low, have been part in exactly these colors and versions of the last Vans Vault Spring/Summer 2011 Collection (the now old collection). Therefore we are not really sure if this should be labeled as a collaboration. The sneakers are now available here.

French brand A.P.C. has opened its first store in China this month. Beijing sees the first move by the brand into the country. The store carries both the mens and womens collections by the brand and is located in the same building with A Bathing Ape.

Once the entire fashion industry was set on the ’simple & subtle’ trend, French brand A.P.C. was of course right in the middle of it, having been in that market already for many years. Their head designer Jean Touitou clearly understands that creating appealing simplicity is not easy and has become quite the expert at that particular look.

The footwear of the brand quite well demonstrates that again for Fall/Winter 2011. From solid looking derby boots, leather lace-ups to low top tennis sneakers, there are many appealing styles in the collection that will work with your everyday life.
