In celebration of Q-Tip’s new album, The Renaissance, Universal Motown Records commissioned Absurd to design a limited-edition tee to commemorate the album’s release; the collaboration between Absurd and Universal Motown was facilitated by Epiphany. Co-designed by Angelo Baque of Absurd and Virus, the tee has been produced in a super limited run and will be seeded to a select list of industry heavyweights, friends, and family. The Renaissance drops November 4th, 2008 and is available on iTunes.

The guys at Dave’s Quality Meat have the Spring ‘08 line from Absurd in stock now. Martin Lawerence is featured. He is much more hilarious than Nick Cannon. Absurd is not very easy to come by these days, so make sure to check them out at DQM.

The Canadian sneaker empire Goodfoot and Absurd NYC got together to release a Varsity Jacket. We showed teaser images of the piece a while ago and now we can finally give you a close look at the jacket, with the theme “Story of Champions”. The jacket features varsity letters for both brands on the chest and on the sleeves. The back of the jacket is covered with a huge embroidery, naming both brands and their cities.
