It looks like Dover Street Market and Comme des Garcons will have lots of surprises for us with the opening of their new Ginza store. We can already confirm a collaboration between Bape and Comme des Garcons PLAY, Supreme and Comme des Garcons SHIRT and now it also looks like the first ever Adam Kimmel store, designed by Adam Kimmel, will be housed inside the DSM Ginza space.

Latest March 16, 2012, when the new store opens its doors, we should have more news for you.

We continue on with our looks at the Fall/Winter 2012 collection as shown at Paris Fashion Week. Great shades of blue from Adam Kimmel. From Selectism – “Dazed delivers behind-the-runway photos from the Adam Kimmel show, Autumn Winter 2012. Inspired by “Area 51″ and USAF, mil-steez, Kimmel reaches into the blue territory that we’ve been seeing for autumn. While mil-inspired, the fashions are that – cut and fitted looks for the runway. Nothing too casual here.”

Adam Kimmel presents a nice and clean series of suede lace-up shoes for Spring/Summer 2012. Coming in both low top and mid top form, both styles come in a series of tonal suede versions. Leather mid soles and gum outer soles add both a premium appeal and a more casual look to these easy to wear shoes.

Supreme has worked with American designer Adam Kimmel to produce a two-piece corduroy suit for this Fall. The suit is understated, well crafted and made from Italian cotton corduroy. It features an unlined two button suit jacket and custom fit pant. The suit will be available in two colorways – dark navy and dark green.

Look out for a release in-store in NY, LA, London, Japan and online on November 3rd, 2011.

We have first seen this film many months ago and are glad to finally be able to show it to you. New York fashion designer Adam Kimmel is known for his excellent film work, but unfortunately it has been a while since the last one.

Anyways, here is his latest work – Dressed for Dinner. In this latest short film, magician David Blaine is dressed in the latest Adam Kimmel formal wear and swims with white sharks. Check it out!

The new Adam Kimmel Fall/Winter 2011 Collection sports some strong graphic t-shirts. Our favorite this season is the new ‘Yeti’ tee. The off white t-shirt features a large water-color styled Bigfoot Forest graphic, which covers most of the front and back of the t-shirt, created by artist Dan Attoe, who is responsible for most graphic of the designer’s collection this season.

After the Slip-Ons, we take a look at the upcoming Adam Kimmel Spring/Summer 2012 High Top Sneakers. The sneakers feature an interesting upper structure and all come with tonal suede uppers, small patch embroidery on the side-panels and the ‘K’ logo tag on the tongue. Overall the sneaker will release next season in 4 colorways.

Another favorite of ours from the first Adam Kimmel x Carhartt Fall/Winter 2011 Collection are the denim shirts. Coming in both raw and a light wash, the shirts feature two large chest pockets and suede details on the collar. These will also act as great jacket replacements in early fall, mainly due to their flannel lining. Soto Berlin has both in stock now.

From the first Adam Kimmel x carhartt Collection for Fall/Winter 2011, we present the merino wool/cashmere beanies. The classic carhartt beanie gets a material upgrade as part of the collaboration. It comes in three colorways, only featuring the blue carhartt logo, indicating the team-up of the two brands. Made in the USA, the beanies are now in stock at Soto Berlin, along with the rest of the collection.

From the Adam Kimmel Fall/Winter 2011 Collection we present a new hiking boot. The chunky boot comes with a rough black leather upper and a soft tan leather lining.
