News of the upcoming Popaganda Circus Sideshow series has created quite a buzz among art toy fans. With Ron English’s mini figures making its way to retailers in late August, MINDstyle x Ron English x Toy Tokyo will release a very special color version of Obese Alien mini figure at San Diego Comic Con for $20.00 and available exclusively at Toy Tokyo’s booth #5237. The edition is limited to 200 pieces worldwide.

As part of the Alife Summer 2009 Footwear collection, the brand presents their Chukka in two new colorways. The mid-top sneaker comes in both dark grey and in bright red, both featuring suede uppers. They are now available at Standard.

The Stone Island Shadow Project Collection, a collaboration with Acronym, made its debut last season. We had no doubt that the combined technical knowledge and aesthetic of the two brands would come up with an impressive collection.

Today first pieces from the Spring/Summer 2009 Collection have been released. Once again they chose subtle colors and concentrated on the details of each piece. No piece in the collection is what it first seems, but so much more. It is really the attention to detail that make each piece stand out.

The Glade carries a couple of new shirts and jackets from the new collection.

With the release of the Cassette Playa x Nike Blazer collaboration coming up on December 13th, Nike has gotten together with Carri Munden, the designer behind Cassette Playa. The video interview gives some background information on the collaboration and on Cassette Playa in general.

Kanye West will be releasing his latest album next week, November 24th. If you have signed up early for the album on a service such as iTunes, you might have seen the new cover art already and you might have noticed that none other than one of our favorite artists, Kaws, has designed it.

Yet another reason to check out the album. The wait is almost over!

Once again Billionaire Boys Club and artist Rockin Jelly Bean get together. This time they worked as part of the BBC Fall/Winter 2008 collection on some crewneck sweaters. The sweaters come in white and grey and feature a large artwork print on the front.

BBC/Ice Cream has released their very first skateboard decks. The decks come in green and red, feature the brand logo on one side and an all-over graphic on the other side. They are now available at BBC/Ice Cream stores and online.

Emerica got together with Active to create a couple of collaborate shoes. The first to come in the “Fresh vs Hesh” pack from the collaboration, is the Andrew Reynolds designed Nailer.

The Nailer is a mid-top, vulcanized constructed shoe with tonal stitching, metal eyelets, and waxed cotton laces constructed to the exact specifications of Active Team Rider Andrew Reynolds. The FRESH version features a flashy black patent leather upper, contrasting green & white interior and foot-bed, and nice green sole that pops just right.The HESH version is low-key off-white suede with a tonal liner, foot-bed and sole.

The Emerica x Active “Fresh vs Hesh” Nailer is now available at Active stores and online.

After giving you an extensive look at the first part of the MCM x TISA/Phenomenon collection a while back, we show you today the rest of the line, which turned out to be much larger than expected.

This part of the collection consists of motocycle leather jackets, leather gloves, scarfs, wallets, blankets and more. Just like before, each piece comes in the beige and blue MCM x TISA signature all-over pattern.

After recently giving you a look at the Nike 1World Krink Air Force 1, we give you a first look at the upcoming LaDainian Tomlinson Air Force 1 out of the 1World series. The San Diego Chargers running back worked with Nike on a premium AF1, which comes with an exotic leather white upper and light blue accents. Overall certainly one of the cleanest looking Air Force 1 ’s of the 1World project so far.

On Sunday, October 12, 100 pairs will hit San Diego streets, one week earlier than it’s launch date of October 17.

Blends and The Attic will be the exclusive San Diego doors, both selling 50 pairs each (of which 21 pairs each will be signed by L.T.). Shoes go on sale at 2pm.
