We present you the adidas SLVR Fall/Winter 2009 Collection Video. Once again the line impresses with its clean execution, concerning both the video and also the collection. The adidas SLVR film for A/W 2009-10 is directed by Theo Stanley / Mountain View and edited by Zak Tucker, with music provided by Sam Wagster and creative direction by Pietsch Lim.

We get a look at the second season of adidas‘ new SLVR Collection. For Fall/Winter 2009 adidas SLVR presents yet another solid collection, mixing sports style and Scandinavian fashion looks. The result is an easy to wear, yet fashionable collection. Technical jackets, quality knitwear, nice accessories and of course a strong footwear line-up make up the collection for Fall/Winter 2009.

adidas opened its first adidas SLVR store during New York Fashion Week. A cocktail reception to celebrate the opening was attended by over 800 guests.

Located in Soho, the 250 square meter space reflects the values of the adidas SLVR brand, including simplicity, transparency and functionality. Designed with a clean, modern and considered aesthetic, the store presents a unifying backdrop for the collection. The unit is characterized by unique natural elements such as locally sourced wood and felt contrasted by polished materials such as glass and steel. White is the main colour used throughout the space with accents of silver metal giving it a sense of light and fluidity.

Signature elements within all the SLVR stores consist of wooden panelled flooring leading to a highlighted wall, plus specially commissioned wooden chairs displaying the seasonal patterns and colours from the collections.

Following the opening of the first stand-alone store in New York, additional SLVR stores will open in Paris, Miami, Bangkok, and Los Angeles.

After giving you a look at the adidas SLVR Spring/Summer 2009 footwear collection the other day, we show you now some of the accessories that the line will be coming with. They offer keychains, keyrings, tote bags, duffle bags, belts and more in the first offering. In line with the rest of the collection, these piece also come in subtle design, clean lines and an overall minimalist look.

We give you a first look at the adidas SLVR Spring/Summer 2009 footwear. With the introduction of this new collection, adidas introduces an interesting sportswear alternative. Clean lines, subtle colors, nice cuts and innovative looks make up the collection and also the footwear. The line-up includes both high top and low top trainers with minimal branding, only coming in black and white colorways.

The collection will be available soon at dedicated adidas SLVR flagship stores in New York and Miami, as well as a very few adidas stores around the globe. Take a look at the full collection here.

A couple of months ago we reported about the upcoming new SLVR collection by adidas. At the time we could only show one outfit and had no real clue what the direction of the new line was. Here now some more info and a video showcasing their Spring/Summer 2009 debut collection.

“The adidas SLVR label’s key message is ‘Simply Perfect’. The range shows a timeless and considered design; one that conveys a minimalist character, yet is fresh and progressive. The collection includes apparel, footwear and accessories for both men & women.

The adidas SLVR Film was shot by renowned photographer Mark Segal and art directed by Pietsch Lim. The film brings the new concept to life through strong yet effortless black and white visuals and a sound track by Say Hi to Your Mom.
