adidas Originals presents the Rod Laver Vin Lux Pack for Spring 2012. Consisting of three colorways of the iconic low top sneaker, each comes with a tonal upper, made up of a herringbone pattern canvas and hints of suede and accents set in gold. The outcome is a very classy and premium looking version of the sneaker, which is coming to stores in the following weeks.

The ongoing partnership between adidas and Ransom has produced some solid footwear offerings. For this Fall/Winter 2011 season, the two have released this Army TR Mid sneaker in two great colors including green and tan. Each pair is made up primarily of suede, with a smooth leather around the heel. A white toe cap and matching white sole adds another nice dimension to the sneakers. These are now available at Wish ATL.

For Spring 2012 adidas presents the first part of their adi archive pack. Classic adidas silhouettes in OG colors. The first drop includes the Marathon 88, the Malmö and the Tobacco. Keeping it really clean on these, all three sneakers are now in stock at Wish.

Today’s giveaway comes from our friends at adidas Originals. The limited edition adidas Originals “Made For” Tokyo Pack was designed especially for the Originals Store’s 10th Anniversary and was released on December 19, 2011 at the Harajuku location in a run of 100 pieces. The only other store to receive the pack was at the adidas Originals Berlin store, who released 25 pieces on Dec 20. Lucky for you, we have one of the jackets here (in size M, valued at around $340 USD).

adidas Originals and Jeremy Scott are back with another version of those wild Wings shoes. Although not for everyone, these things move quickly on a retail level as should these. These even crazier Wings sneakers feature an interesting color palette including red, pink, blue and yellow all mixed in with a faux fur animal print. These are available now at adidas.

We received an interesting box from adidas Originals at Highsnobiety HQ today. Contained within a triangular, metal, light-up container was the H3LIUM ZXZ Runner – adidas’ lightest shoe ever – alongside a pair of adidas x Sennheiser headphones, an adidas-skinned iPod Nano (with Big Sean, B.o.B. and Mick Boogie music) a flipbook and a USB key.

The sole of the shoe pays homage to the ZX8000, an adidas running shoe known for its comfort and stability. Technology from F50 soccer cleat was used to simplify the shoe’s structure, making it lighter while still maintaining its structural integrity. As a result H3LIUM is lightweight, breathable and made with a simple construction that provides comfort and support.

The launch of the full collection hits stores on December 26th and will include 9 colorways altogether, but will be online starting December 15th at shopadidas.com.

Over the weekend, we gave you a look at an interesting piece from Chicago’s LDRS 1354, who had an opportunity to work together with adidas on a Forum Mocassin Mid. That particular sneaker was an extremely vivid University Red color, which might be tough for some to pull off, but Regular Ol’ Ty has followed up that look with this more versatile Dark Brown version. These will also be dropping on December 17, along with the previously seen red pair.

If you know about Leaders 1354’s Regular Ol Ty, then you know this guy is always up on his footwear game from his shoes of the day post. This time around, Ty showcases a shoe done in collaboration with adidas with this Forum Mocassin Mid. Check out what the man has to say about the shoe:

Our 10 year anniversary is approaching next year, so we went with the concept of us being the first streetwear store in Chicago. The first permanent settlers in Chicago were the Potawatomi Indians, so we took the Forum and mixed in an Indian theme with it. With that Indian theme comes a few new twists to the Fourm: moccasin fringe on the heel (that’s also removable), zig zag stitches, and premium leather laces.

These will be dropping on December 17 at LDRS 1354.

Everyone struggles with staying motivated through the winter. With the launch of this new model, adidas invited apparel brand VEIL to design its own edition titled the “Purple Swamphen”.

The color palettes chosen resemble the large bird with a very loud explosive call. Evidence shows that the Romans kept Purple Swamphens as decorative birds at large villas and expensive houses. They were regarded as noble birds and were among the few birds that Romans did not eat. VEIL chose this subject as a reminder of what’s out there in the environment, as there are so many wonderful species facing extinction, we should enjoy their existence while they last.

Coming with this trail runner, as packaging for the pair of Oscillate Warm, is a VEIL backpack with matching colors. Designed for short trips, the backpack sharing the same title has multiple divisions to store your laptop, clothes, and of course, a dividable lower section for your camera or sneakers.

Earlier we presented the Leopard Tail mid top sneaker from the upcoming adidas Originals by Originals Jeremy Scott Collection for Spring/Summer 2012. Here comes now another one from the line – the Wings 2.0. Inspired by the US Air Force, the sneaker received a bi-tonal upper – one shoe in white/red, the other one in white/blue. The sneaker will release March 2012.
