Nobody keeps things as OG as the Japanese. After the series of Superstar 80s releases by Japanese retailer atmos, usually only adding glow in the dark snakeskin uppers, while keeping the OG colors, they have moved on now and given the same treatment to the classic ZX 8000 running shoe. The acqua sneaker with yellow and purple accents and glow in the dark snakeskin panels will be released at atmos October 2011.

The final installment of the Ransom by adidas Fall/Winter 2011 element series is the Mesa “Forest”. For this silhouette the Canadian label utilized a canopy camouflage print on a Cordura upper with a tonal waterproof leather. Added for weather protection is a full tongue gusset and water proof membrane lining. The photos seen here bring the boot deep into the forest of British Columbia, in an area called “The Ancient Cedars.” This location boasts some of the oldest and largest woodlands outside of the rainforests of South America. In an interesting collaboration, New Zealand store Qubic teams up with rugby team All Blacks and adidas Originals on the Campus 80s.

“A limited run of 100 all black Campus 80s bearing the famous NZ silver fern on the heel and a crimson Qubic insole, this is the first ever All Blacks release for adidas Originals. Taking things to the next level, 15 super-limited pairs encased in a steel carry box will be available first come, first serve at Qubic on Friday 23rd of September,with the remaining 85 pairs dropping instore and online that same day. Each pair of All Heroes Campus 80s also comes with a pack of limited edition collector cards by NZ comic artist Elliot F. Stewart which depicts All Black players Sonny Bill Williams, Dan Carter, Jonah Lomu and Liam Messam flexing some superhero muscle.”

Ransom by adidas presents the Bluff Mid sneaker in Cordura for Fall/Winter 2011. Other details include a boiled wool inner for warmth and comfort for the cooler months, while the outsole includes a water dispersion tread pattern. Offered in Iron, Dark Navy and Black at Ransom by adidas retailers this fall.

In September 2011 adidas Originals celebrates the 10th anniversary of its first flagship store in Berlin-Mitte. It’s been 10 years since adidas Originals started a dedicated streetwear offer and it has developed into the iconic sportswear label for the street. Berlin was the first city to open a dedicated concept store in 2001 offering the latest and greatest of the brand ever since. Embracing this occasion, adidas Originals introduces a highly limited 10th Anniversary “Made For Berlin” Pack.

After a first teaser preview, we can reveal to you today the limited edition Berlin ZX9000 that will be released for the occasion. Inspired by the retro futurist style and colors of Berlin architecture and the city’s gritty styling, the “10th Anniversary Berlin ZX9000” shows a combination of grey, metallic silver, off white, with hints of red next to special treatments, such as bleaching and washing processes creating a rougher and more vintage feel. Some parts of the sneaker also feature reflective 3M material and each shoe features a dedicated number, laser etched in Scheinfeld, the only adidas owned production facility in Europe. The sneaker is limited to 150 pairs and will be released along with a matching limited edition Berlin Colorado Windbreaker.

The adidas Originals Store Berlin will release the sneaker on September 10th, 2011, and will host a “10th Anniversary Fleamarket” in the backyard to pay homage to the original store concept from 2001.

October 2011 will see the release of the adidas SL72 Lux Pack. The slim runner, originally released in the 70s, will return in two premium leather versions, featuring tonal uppers and white outer soles. Look out for a drop at End.

Today we can preview the all new collaboration between XLarge and adidas Originals on the Campus 80s. The low top sneaker comes in a black suede colorway, featuring silver metallic 3 Stripes and heel tab. Aside from a banana print on the in-sole you will not find any other branding on this collaborative sneaker. It is now available from No. 74 Berlin.

Nice Kicks presents a new collaborative sneaker for fall, the “Game Day” adidas Originals Campus 80s. The long‐haired suede upper wears the unofficial color of Austin, Burnt Orange, and is complemented by brown saddle leather stripes.

A limited run of the sneaker will be released September 2, 2011 at 11 AM CST via Shop.NiceKicks.com, while in-store customers can pick up their pair later that day (6-9 PM) at a true Texas style tailgate (with grilled meats, beer and music) and will be to customize their pair with branding irons.

Taking inspiration from the adidas BW sneaker, the official shoe of the German Armed Forces, we present the Army TR sneaker from the Ransom by adidas Fall/Winter 2011 Collection.

Coming in both low top and high top form, the sneaker features a broad side ribbon, replacing the three stripes. Coming in canvas and suede options, the sneaker features a matching toecap, as well as eyelets and laces, all sitting on clean white outer soles.

After presenting earlier the Jeremy Scott Forum Hi and Foot Patrol Campus 80s from the upcoming adidas Originals B-Sides Release, we preview today exclusively the ZX 700 Boat Mammoth.

This previously unreleased version is a straight colourway flip of the original 2007 consortium release, which saw the 3-Stripe take on a boat shoe dropped on to a ZX 700 sole. A true leisure classic, the B-Sides version features a predominately white Vapour suede upper, black stitching details and black, white and grey contrast touches on the midsole and outsole.
