DC Admiral Sport for Hotel on Rivington

DC unveils their fourth collaborative shoe with NYC’s Hotel on Rivington. This time they worked on the new DC LIFE Admiral Sport in black leather.

The model has been customized with a laser etch of “HOTEL ON RIVINGTON” on the outsole, a design treatment that pays homage to the iconic side-wall bold DCSHOECOUSA lettering on the classic DC LYNX skate model that originally launched just over a decade ago now. The First release of the LYNX was in 1998 along with the announcement of Josh Kalis joining the team. A special red strap, a key color from the hotel, completes the custom shoe.

These are exclusive to hotel staff, so touch up that resume if you want a pair. More looks after the j.

DC Life Spring 2010 Admiral Sport Preview

The homie Hommy from DC Life sent over some beauty shots of two forthcoming Admiral Sport styles. Reworking the popular Admiral, we see color stories that take inspiration from DC’s heritage navy and white logo. Material choices focus on full grain panache boot finish leather and velvet suede lining. The dramatic, oversized tongue also features a stash pocket for your goods. The first Spring 2010 delivery includes the whites pictured above alongside a darker variation seen below.
