NIKEiD in Niketown London recently launched an exclusive limited edition England Rugby Air Max 1 Hyperfuse, to the mark the start of the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. Inspired by the team’s new 100% black change strip that was launched in August, the all black shoe uses new Hyperfuse technology to create a powerful, minimalist look. The words ‘New’ and ‘Blood’ are emblazoned on the tongue of each shoe in contrasting red stitching to celebrate of the England’s current crop of brilliant youngsters.

An ultra-rare ‘England Squad Pack’ not-for-sale pack featuring a pair of the NikeiD Air Max 1 Hyperfuse and a set of custom-made black Nike x Beats by Dr. Dre headphones featuring England Rugby’s iconic red rose emblem has specially been created for every member of the squad who travelled out to New Zealand. However, a limited number of the England Rugby NIKEiD Air Max 1 Hyperfuse will go on sale exclusively at Nike’s 1948 store in East London this weekend retailing at £125 (approximately $198 USD).

While in Vegas we caught the Patta boys cruising the shows in a pair of their forthcoming Air Max 1 collab. Featuring artwork by Parra, the sneakers are constructed from burgundy suede and mesh with aqua and yellow accents. Straight bangers. Definitely coming out, in case these were any doubts.

Here comes now the 4th Air Max 1 collaboration by Patta this season. The sneaker comes with a black upper and green logo placements. More we cannot tell yo so far, apart from the fact that they will be released at Patta on December 18th. Soon we will be able to give you a more detailed look at the sneaker.

Since Patta is celebrating their 5th anniversary this year, we would expect at least one more shoe in the series. Something to look out for!

Taiwan store PHANTACi worked with Nike on the “Grand Piano” Air Max 1. The sneaker was designed by artist Jay Chou and the PHANTACi team. Therefore the main inspiration was also the pink signature color of the store and of course the piano. Limited to only 400 pairs worldwide, the sneaker will release in the near future. More info on the project will follow this week.

After showing you the white/purple and the white/green colorways of the Patta x Air Max 1 Premium QS, we can confirm today that there will actually be a 3rd colorway in the line-up. This one comes in a navy/purple colorway with green Swoosh and some further red accents. The navy on the sneaker looks to be denim once again, just like on the other two. The sneaker is set to release on 28th of November at Patta Amsterdam.

Yesterday we showed you the Team Patta video interview. If you had a close look at the video, you might have noticed the Parra Air Max 1 in it. The AM1 comes in an all bordeaux upper with white sole and acqua logo tag on the tongue. Both the Swoosh and the tongue tag come in a varsity style. So far we have no idea, whether or not the sneaker will actually be released, but we will keep you posted!

After showing you the white/green colorway of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 the other day, we can show you the white/purple denim colorway today and and it has already been released today.

“The original recognizable colorblocking has been applied to remain true to it’s strong heritage and the main focus has been directed at the choice of durable materials: purple denim, canvas and nubuck ensure a more street-friendly version to carry on footwear tradition in a proud fashion.”

The Tier Zero sneaker is available exclusively at Patta in Amsterdam from today, October 30th.

Coming in as part of Nike’s current ‘East Vs West’ campaign, the Air Max 1 above represents the Pacific side of things. Done with a tonal blue suede/mesh upper, white midsole and black outsole, the sneaker features a beaver graphic on the insole (representing Nike’s Beaverton, Oregon HQ). It’s a good one. Now, let’s see what happens when the East is in the house. Available now at select Nike Sportswear retailers including colette.

Nike Sportswear unveils a range of new Fall/Holiday 2009 garments via their South East Asia look book. Serving up a wide range of Air Max styles, including an Air Max 90 Current Huararche based on the AM90 DQM and HUF collabs from a few years back, NSW shows off a great footwear selection. Guest designers include Parra, Cassette Playa, Mark Ward and Grotesk, who have offered their signature styles to tees, jackets and sneakers. NSW’s higher end Pinnacle Collection is also showcased, offering superior materials and technical details. Certain items have already been released, while the remainder will hit shelves over the coming months.

Many sneaker fans out there cannot wait for the re-release of Nike Air Max 1 in its original colorways.
