An interesting version of the All Star Ox has just been released – a clear, transparent version. It comes with a transparent upper, white sole and white leather details. It’s maybe wrong timing for these, but we at least wanted to let you know what they are out. Size has them in stock.

An interesting and actually functional Converse All Star has been released. The Converse All Star FM OX comes in black and light silver, featuring lots of reflective panels and pieces on the sneaker, as well as neon colored striped on the heel, making sure you are seen when riding your bike.

The Converse All Star FM OX is now available at Flauge.

We present you the much anticipated Colette x Converse Chuck Taylor Hi that has been realized by design duo Kuntzel + Deygas for the Colette x Gap pop-up store in New York, that is open currently. Pics via LaMJC.

There is no release date so far, but we will definitely keep you posted.

As part of their 1HUND(RED) Artists project, Converse now got together with Danish brand Wood Wood. They worked on the Chuck Taylor Hi and gave it a very clean look. The entire upper comes in a lavender premium suede, the lining features the Wood Wood star map pattern, the tongue comes with a Wood Wood logo tag.

Otherwise the sneaker comes with the usual Converse 1HUND(RED) details, such as the red lace wholes at the top. A fantastic monochrome take on this classic sneaker by Wood Wood.

The Converse 1HUND(RED) Artists Wood Wood Chuck Taylor Hi will be released on October 1rst at the following US locations: Nom de Guerre, Dave’s Quality Meat, St. Alfred and Undefeated LA.

Converse continues to celebrate their 100th anniversary this year and has also for August 2008 some special releases ready.
In this drop you find the All Star Python Hi, All Star Mocomoco Hi, Quilted Ox Series, Metagater Jack Purcell as well as some other special models. 
The entire series is due to come out in September.

Andrew Bunney shows us a first sample of the upcoming The Hideout x Converse All Stars.
"This version appears very simple, the profile is close to the 1960’s All-Star style and is made from cotton chambray with triple-stitch construction and no boat-line around the foxing."

After just recently being the inspiration of Kaws’s Original Fake collection, now also Converse releases the All Star Gachapin Hi. The sneaker comes with an all-over print of the characters in action. This is definitely something for fans, as aesthetics cannot win over many people.

Converse, with an assist from Utah Jazz star Kyle Korver, today announced the launch of MyChucks, a contest inviting participants to design a Chuck Taylor® All Star® shoe with the chance to win the ultimate prize of having their shoe produced by Converse and sold exclusively by Eastbay. MyChucks gives contestants the chance to bring their own creativity to the Converse canvas and showcase their design to the world.
As part of the contest, Kyle Korver submitted his own design of the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe which will be featured online, along with a video of him designing his shoe and explaining the process. Korver’s shoe features pinstripes to represent all of the people in his life, and a red stripe to represent himself and his desire to be an original. Converse will produce 226 pairs of the shoe, which pays homage to Korver’s jersey number 26, and will be donated to the Kyle Korver Foundation.
To enter, contestants can visit mychucks.eastbay.com to download the entry kit which contains a silhouette of the Chuck Taylor All Star shoe and contest instructions. Participants need to submit a scanned image of their design and a 20-30 second video explaining their entry. Submissions will be placed in an online, public gallery where visitors can vote on each design.
The top five designs with the most votes will enter the final round of judging which is determined by the total number of votes, and the judging of artistic ability, creative expression and overall design by a panel from Converse and Eastbay. The Grand Prize will be announced on or about July 11, 2008 on mychucks.eastbay.com. The winner will be flown to Converse headquarters to work with designers and developers and create the final version of the shoe, which will be produced and sold on Eastbay.com beginning in January 2009.

Last week we showed you a first pick of the upcoming Beams x Converse All Stars Patent, today they have been released, so we can give you a better look at them. The pack consists of a black Converse All Star Hi and a white All Star Hi, both entirely covered in patent leather, including the ankle logo tag.
They are now available at Beams. More pictures after the jump.

Thanks to Complex we can give you a look at the Lupe Fiasco x Converse Chuck Taylor Hi’s, that are part of the Product (RED) line. The shoes come all in black patent leather, including the toe box. The outersole comes in a contrasting red.
For now there is no release date and it’s not sure if they will actually be released, but we’ll keep you posted!
