De la Barracuda’s Melrose wall has been a hot spot this year for notable artists stopping by to create murals. The latest mural is a unique one by Anthony Lister, who took the time to create something for Twentieth Century Fox’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes, which drops on Blu-Ray and DVD this week. Lister has been a fan of the movie franchise since boyhood, and according to the artist, it was an awesome experience. If you’re in the area, be sure to check out the finished product.

In their latest collaboration, Australian brand Colab teams up with fellow Australian artist Anthony Lister. Together they worked on a series of sunglasses, some more classic and others a little more difficult to pull off. They have produced a very nice series of campaign images for the collection. The campaign was shot by Thom Kerr.

As previously reported by Curated, Australian artist Anthony Lister kicks off an installation at The Standard, New York tonight. Here you see all new photos of Anthony’s work at The Standard, including shots of the artist in action painting a site-specific piece on the glass window of the shop. The mini-masks, shields and swords (seen after) will all be on sale at The Standard shop as individual pieces of art (acrylic on wood, $200 signed and numbered by artist).
