plugbug 1 PlugBug by Twelve South

In all likelihood, you own a few Apple products. Twelve South had those people in mind when they came up with PlugBug. This handy little device enables you to plug in a couple of items simultaneously using your Macbook charger and the PlugBug attachment. This is cool because your iPhone or iPad can benefit from the maximum capability of a wall charge, as opposed to tethering a product to your computer, which gives a lesser charge.

Take a closer look after the jump.

steve jobs rip Steve Jobs, RIP

Today the shocking news that Apple founder and CEO until very recently, Steve Jobs, had passed away. He has been battling cancer for many years, therefore this does not come as a big surprise to many, especially after he had stepped down as Apple CEO only a couple of months ago. We cannot think of another leader in technology that has touched our life’s the way Steve has.

“The world has lost a visionary. And there may be no greater tribute to Steve’s success than the fact that much of the world learned of his passing on a device he invented.” Barack Obama

The most impressive feature of the new iPhone 4S is without a doubt Siri, the personal assistant that is all voice controlled. We know you are just as disappointed that no iPhone 5 has been announced, but we have to admit that we are starting to like the 4S, simply because pretty much everything except for the outer shell has been updated and improved. We are still not sure it justifies an upgrade, but Siri, which you can see in action in the video here above, is pretty amazing!

iphone 5 case mate iPhone 5 To Have Radical New Design According to Case Mate

Apple’s iPhone 5 has still yet to be announced and as we’re kept waiting on our toes, accessory makers have been posting upcoming cases for the highly anticipated handset. Case-Mate had published six different case designs for the new iPhone 5 on their website, that showed a radical new body. This image appears to show that the fifth-generation iPhone will have tapered edges and a slim profile, as well as an aluminium back, which jibes with earlier speculation on the handset. As the phone’s expected to be available in America in October, we’re not surprised to see leaks like this start to spill out across the web.
