Houston DJ OG Ron C  and the Chopstars chopped up the sounds of ASAP Rocky’s popular LiveLoveASAP mixtape. Furthermore they added the remix of “Purple Swag” which includes Bun B, Paul Wall and Killa Kyleon, making for an overall strong mixtape that is worth downloading.

Today ASAP Rocky passed through Bape London. The rapper is wearing some of the latest Bape gear, including a Gore-Tex Jacket, full zip hoodie and Bape Sta sneakers. Furthermore he wears the ‘Comme des Fuck Down’ beanie from SSUR’s The Cut line and a classic Pigalle hoodie.

ASAP Rocky continues to go high fashion. After his recent feature in Interview Magazine, he has now an interview feature in the latest issue of Vogue Homme Japan. Photographed by Matthew Williams, ASAP Rocky is wearing Alexander Wang and Black Scale in the shoot for the Japanese fashion magazine.

It appears as though Harlem-native ASAP Rocky and the legendary rapper/producer Pharrell Williams are working on a little something together. We can only imagine what the outcome will sound like and can’t wait to hear what comes out of this partnership.

Harlem rapper ASAP Rocky’s affinity for Black Scale garms has been well-documented across various videos and photoshoots, so it comes as no surprise that the San Francisco-based label has gifted the 23-year-old star with his own signature collection. Complex caught up with Black Scale’s MEGA and Alfred to learn more.

So the capsule collection was inspired by A$AP Rocky. Tell us more how he influenced the aesthetic of the collection.

Alfred: Rocky has been a fan of Black Scale since before we actually met. It just so happened that I was working the sales floor the day he decided to come in and purchase items for his video shoot for “Purple Swag.” He had a great energy and was a genuinely nice guy. The video dropped and the relationship continued to grow organically. The response was so overwhelming that it made sense to do a collabo. The design influences were taken from what the A$AP crew liked about Black Scale. I tried to integrate all the aesthetics that drew the crew to the brand, always keeping in mind that they should look good in it when they wear it.

The collection of sweats, tees and caps with be available through BLVCK SCVLE in March.

Interview Magazine has caught up with ASAP Rocky for its February 2012 issue. The rapper is all over the place right now and keeps on gaining momentum. Just recently we reported about him making the cover of Complex Magazine.
