Asics continues to push their Gel Lyte Ⅲ sneaker. Out for August 2011 is a premium black leather version with ‘workboot’ laces, a perforated leather tongue and a gum outsole. Overall a worthy combination.

We get a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Ronnie Fieg and Asics on the Gel Lyte 3. This time the New York designer used premium leather and suede on the upper, setting accents in acqua on the outer sole and side panels. More news on the release of the sneaker should follow soon.

ASICS has released some new styles as part of its ‘33 by ASICS’ collection: a lightweight, minimalist running shoe collection – inspired by the fact that 33 joints in the foot – that encourages natural foot movement.

The GEL-Blur33 is an everyday running shoe, while the RUSH33 is a low mileage running shoe. Both are available in five colorways.

During Bread & Butter we caught up with our friends from Asics to check out their upcoming releases. Highlighting the collection is their collaboration with UK retailer hanon who worked over the popular Gel Lyte III silo with red, yellow and orange suede. Details on the shoe include the hanon flame logo on both the tongue and heel, as well as a hit of reflective red on the toe.

Today we can give you the release dates for the latest collaboration between Ronnie Fieg and Asics on the Gel Lyte 3. Entitled ‘Mint Leaf’, the sneaker comes in a refreshing mint green colorway, perfect for the remaining summer months.

DavidZ will drop the sneaker on July 15th, online and in their Broadway flagship store.

The Asics inline Autumn/Winter 2011 Collection is landing this week at select retailers. Featuring some vibrant new application in the Gel Lyte III and GT II the collection will be available for purchase on Tuesday July 5, 2011 at hanon.

Today we get a first preview of the next collaboration between Ronnie Fieg and Asics, once again on the popular Gel Lyte III. The sneaker comes in a mint colorway with white outer sole and will drop soon.

Japanese designer/illustrator Jun Watanabe is well known for his colorful work, having contributed collaborative sneaker designs to various brands. The Asics Gel Lyte III becomes his latest victim with a zebra striped upper featuring various brightly colored accents. These will be available exclusively at Eproze come October 2011.

After having presented to you the sneaker already a while ago, we can today give you some more information on the official release of the upcoming Asics GT-II in collaboration with Stockholm boutique Sneakersnstuff.

The running shoe comes in a light grey suede colorway, featuring various text-based embellishments throughout in red, matching the outer sole and lining of the sneaker. A release is set for June 18th, 2011.

This coming Friday, June 3rd, the latest collaboration between Ronnie Fieg and Asics will drop – the GT-II Ultra Marine. The ultra marine pig-skin upper gets acqua accents, resulting in a refreshing looking summer sneaker. Davidz.com and their Broadway flagship store will be carrying this from the end of this week.
