After BEATNIC, we today present the collaboration between Reebok and Japanese retailer atmos for the 25th anniversary 0f the iconic Workout Plus. atmos continues to work with an all-over glow-in-the-dark design, as we have seen many times already in other sneaker collaborations that they have been involved in. Everything, including the sole, laces and lining glows.

Japanese retailer atmos has worked with Reebok on a leopard fur version of the Alien Stomper high top sneaker for Holiday 2011. In line with their recent Puma Clyde Leopard, the sneaker comes with black leather and leopard fur panels, sitting on a white mid-sole and black outer sole. A release is scheduled for December 2011. atmos will be releasing a new collaboration with Puma this winter season. They gave the classic Puma Clyde an all Leopard upper in light brown/dark brown. The Made in Japan sneaker will be released at atmos mid November 2011.

atmos continues with their simple, yet very effective collaborations with adidas. While keeping the colors of the sneakers very classic, they add a layer of snake glow-in-the-dark to the upper. We have seen it on the Superstar before, and just a couple of weeks ago on a first ZX8000 as well.

Today we present you the second atmos x adidas ZX8000 G-SNK sneaker, coming in a black colorway with silver Stripes and heel and of course the GID snake pattern all over. The sneaker releases November 2011.

As far as the world of sneaker collabs goes, Tokyo retailer atmos continues their reign as one of the best to ever do it with this two part ‘Survival’ pack of Puma Clydes. Wool and leather mix uppers in red or grey. Hitting atmos for October 21, 2011.

Once again Japanese retailer atmos and New Balance get together. They worked on the winterized version of the iconic 574 running shoe for Fall/Winter 2011 – the H574. The mid top sneaker features vibrant colors on a premium suede material package with perforation detailing.

Those of you not living in Japan are lucky, as these have been released today via Picky Your Shoes as well.

Nobody keeps things as OG as the Japanese. After the series of Superstar 80s releases by Japanese retailer atmos, usually only adding glow in the dark snakeskin uppers, while keeping the OG colors, they have moved on now and given the same treatment to the classic ZX 8000 running shoe. The acqua sneaker with yellow and purple accents and glow in the dark snakeskin panels will be released at atmos October 2011.

Japanese retailer atmos has teamed up with American outerwear brand Marmot on this shell jacket. It’s made out of a lightweight Gore-Tex with waterproofed reversed seams, whilst atmos add their Japanese style using touches of florescent colour on zippers and velcro fastenings. Expect this to be stocked in early October at atmos.

atmos and adidas Originals get once again together and continue working on the Superstar 80’s. Today we present the G-SNK4, a glow in the dark version of the 1980s French made Superstar sneaker. The Japanese retailer gave the sneaker a white snakeskin upper, which lights up brightly when the sun goes down. Other than the glow-in-the-dark feature, atmos plays with vintage details and the history of the iconic sneaker, which will only be apparent to the real sneaker connoisseur. A release is scheduled for end September 2011.

Tokyo retailer atmos has once again worked with Asics on a new version of the Gel Lyte 3. Coming with a tonal black upper, mixing leather and mesh, accents are set in metallic gold on the logo stripes. Furthermore they added a speckled mid sole to the sneaker. The overall result is certainly of the better collaborative efforts on the running shoe. The sneaker will release October 2011.
