New styles from the Vans Spring 2009 Collection have been released. The “Stripes” pack consists of the Chukka and the Authentic. Both come in a mix of striped canvas and suede. The pack looks very clean and just right for spring. The “Flocking Design” pack comes with two Authentics, both featuring a black base and a white or purple flocking print.

As part of the Vans Spring/Summer 2009 collection comes the Stripes Pack. Both the Chukka and the Authentic are part of the pack and feature a black sole, black suede toe box and a black/white stripes design towards the back of the sneaker.

Sometimes the simplest thing is still the best. The Vans Authentic has not changed in years and to date is still one of the nicest sneakers out there. This Spring season it comes in both suede and canvas in a variety of nice colorways.

St. Patrick’s Day is not even around the corner (March ‘09), but we can already give you a look at some special footwear coming from Vans for the occasion. This year they have created a skull leaf all-over pattern, coming in the colors and trademark designs for this special day. If you look close enough, you can actually see the small skulls that the leafs are made of. The pack consists of a Vans Authentic and a Slip-On. They are now available at Mischief.

Vans presents the new Authentic Suede Pack. The pack consists of three Authentics, each coming with a suede upper in grey, dark red and in beige. The pack is classic and very solid and now available at Dave’s Quality Meat.

A while back we presented you the Vans Halloween Pack that will be released on the Japanese market and the Vans x CCS Halloween pack. Here now a look at the USA/EU pack, which consists of the Sk8 Hi (which you should have already seen), Authentic and Slip-On. Design wise it is rather obvious and does not beat around the bush – black/orange design, bats, pumpkins, the whole thing. The good thing is, they did not go too crazy, but then again these are certainly nothing special either.

After having presented to you last week the fixed gear inspired Vans Era Pack, we show you today the Authentics out of the “Cog & Chain” collection. Once again three sneakers are part of this pack, with the red one sporting the most obvious design. All three feature reflective piping for increased safety.

Some of our favorite shoes out of the Vans Vault Fall 2008 collection were released today – the Cup LX Series. Part of the series of the Chukka Boot Cup LX and the Authentic Cup LX. Both come in light and dark brown. Not only did Vans give thepack high quality nubuck leathers for the uppers, they also added tartan check patterns on the lining and most importantly gave the series cup soles to increasecomfort and style.
The outcome is a rock solid pack by Vans, that can almost compete with the likes of Common Projects.

Japanese sneaker inspired clothing brand Kiks TYO got together with New Era to work on a series of caps. The outcome is the "Authentic" series, which is, as you might have guessed, very classic in looks. Overall four caps in canvas with a simple oldschool logo embroidery on the front and the brand’s slogan embroidered on the back.
The caps come right in time for the start of the Olympics and are now available in the Kiks TYO online store.

One of our favorite packs out of the Vans Vault Fall 2008 collection has been released today – the Lead Plaid Pack. The pack consists of the Zappato Del Barco, Authentic, Slip-On and Sk8 Hi, all featuring a plaid pattern all over the upper, hits of beige suede and a nice finish on the lining. Further accents on laces and logos come in red.
There is simply nothing to complain about the pack – it’s perfect for the late summer days.
