The collaboration between Sperry Topsider and Band of Outsider continues for Fall/Winter 2009. This season the two brands worked on new variations of the classic boat shoe, as well as on a line-up of loafers and ankle boots. Materials used include suede, leather and felt wool. The footwear is now available at Surrender.

We present you one of our favorite pieces from the new Band Of Outsiders Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The brand managed to give the classic baseball jacket a more sophisticated style, while keeping it clean and sporty. Certainly a nice lightweight spring jacket. Most of you should have seen by now the Band Of Outsiders New York Fashion Week event from a couple of weeks ago. Here we give you a look now at a video projection that the brand created for the summer shows in 2008, showcasing their Spring/Summer 2009 collection.

With the comeback of the boatshoe we of course see lots of collaborations in this field as well. In the end of the day, in our mind nobody has ever come close to what Band Of Outsiders is doing with Sperry Topsider. Keeping the classic looks, yet making it much more interesting than the regular line-up of the Sperry Topsider brand.

For Spring/Summer 2009 the two brands one again get together and present the classic boatshoe in a deconstructed version in two colorways and also worked on a tassel loafer, equally interesting.

A couple of days ago Band Of Outsiders presented their Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. Instead of going for the usual runway show, the brand presented their line in a more innovative way. Models were presenting the collection in a set scenery, creating the right environment for the Fall/Winter 2009 Collection.

Kanye West and entourage passed by the presentation and the Deadstock Don was nice enough to snap some images of the entire event and presentation. We also get a good look at some upcoming Sperry Topsiders collaborations for the end of the year.

This season Band Of Outsiders once again worked on a collection of shoes with Sperry Topsiders. The line is presented in the above video, and once again there are some real highlights in this collaboration collection. Take a look!

Band Of Outsiders, Beauty & Youth United Arrows and honeyee.com got together to collaborate on a tie, a bow tie and a dress shirt. Along with the product, they present the “How To Enjoy Ties” feature, which we find much more interesting than the actual product. The feature highlights how ties can be worn these days and to some peoples surprise, the tie actually works with a lot of different outfits and styles.

They showcase the tie along with varsity jackets, down vests, suits, hoodies and other pieces, that one initially might not have put together with a tie.

The on-going Band Of Outsiders x Sperry Topsider collaboration has been a favorite of ours for a while. For the Fall/Winter season they present a new ballistic nylon boot, inspired by the classic Sperry Topsider boat shoe.
