After previously having released a set of G-4 jackets, A Bathing Ape and Baracuta get together again, this time on the iconic G-9 silhouette. Two wool versions of the jacket have released over the weekend, featuring tartan check linings and both brand tags on the lining.

After a first preview the other week, we can now show you detailed images of both colorways of the G-4 jacket that A Bathing Ape produced in collaboration with Baracuta for Fall 2011. Bape decided to go with clean beige and navy uppers, only featuring a small leather logo tag on the chest. The lining features the classic Bape camouflage, matching the outer color. The jackets are now available from Bape stores around the globe.

We get a first look at the upcoming collaboration between Bape and Baracuta. They worked on the classic G-4 jacket for Fall 2011. Here above you see the beige colorway of the jacket, featuring a leather patch logo tag on the chest. The jacket will drop in more colorways with the official release in the coming week.

As part of their Fall/Winter 2011 Collection, Deluxe got together with Baracuta to work on their iconic G9 jacket. Giving it a bit of a different look, the Japanese brand offers the jacket in a camouflage look, as well as two pinstripe versions. Furthermore the classic tartan lining gets replaced with a more contemporary striped lining and further details are added in the form of the cut and buttons. Look out for a release at Grandh from September 2011.

English brand Baracuta will be introducing their first footwear collection for Fall/Winter 2011. Heavily inspired by classic English shoes, the brand presents both essentials in a mens wardrobe, as well as some more modern interpretations of classics, featuring hits of color and other details. The tartan lining that you are used to see in their iconic G9 jacket also makes an appearance in the footwear line.

As part of their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection, Japanese brand Deluxe got together with UK brand Baracuta. They worked on the classic G9 jacket and present it in two colorways as part of their new line. The jackets will release this weekend at Bridge Tokyo.

As part of their Spring/Summer 2011 Collection Luker by Neighborhood got together with Baracuta to collaborate on the brands original G9 jacket. The jacket is offered in a blue colorway and a checker grey colorway, both featuring a special logo embroidery on the chest. The jacket will be released this month.

London store b Store worked with Baracuta on a mini capsule collection for Spring/Summer 2011, consisting of three jackets. Essentially they remix three Baracuta classics, including the original G3 1950s shape Harrington jacket, and the 1966 Ramsey raincoat originally designed for the triumphant 1966 England World Cup team. The store has added interesting new fabrics to these classics, giving them a more modern appeal.

Manchester, England’s Baracuta joins up with Japanese “street tailor” Deluxe on a custom G4 Driving Coat for Spring/Summer 2011. The short cut jacket features a coated outer, subdued checked cotton lining and rugged “cat’s eye” buttons. Available now for pre-order through Bridge in tan or black.

Baracuta teams with Beams Plus for SS10 on two special edition reversible vintage G9s. Constructed in Japan, the jacket is offered in Black Watch plaid or a grey textured version, each of which can be turned inside out to reveal a solid colored water-repellent option. Available from Beams Japan.
