Once again Creative Recreation has produced some exclusive styles for Barneys for Spring 2010. The line-up this season includes the Dicoco and Cesario high top sneakers, as well as a new silhouette – the Testa. All three come premium exotic leathers and metallic colors and will drop at Barneys this week.

Creative Recreation continues to work with Barneys on exclusive footwear offerings. The line-up for Spring 2010 includes 3 high top sneakers and 3 low top sneakers. The offering looks more high end than in previous seasons and seems to be more suitable for Barneys.

Rachel Comey drops a Barney’s exclusive. Selectism has the scoop. “This Rachel Comey Wickham shoe in the cognac and blue colorway is available now and exclusive to Barneys stores. The suede cognac color works well against most looks and should finish up your outfit appropriately.”

Schott has collaborated with Barneys on a pre-washed leather biker jacket, entitled the One Star. The jacket comes in brown and in black, both featuring a custom plaid lining and lots of other nice details. It will be released at Barneys New York today.

Scott Sternberg and his label Band of Outsiders debut an exclusive line for Barneys called No Bunk! No Junk!. The premiere collection consists of a well-selected group of crisp black and white pieces including a basic black suit in corduroy, a leather jacket, a plaid shirt and more. The collection just hit six Barneys locations for the holidays,

Nixon and Barneys have put together their fourth consecutive holiday watch collection. Made up of five new exclusive timepieces, the collection features three custom 51-30’s, alongside updated versions of The Magnacon and The Time Teller P. As you can see, they kept it classy with heavy doses of black complemented by rose gold accents. Available exclusively at Barneys New York and Barneys New York CO-OP locations (including online) starting November 14, 2009.

Artist Joseph Aloi — also known as JK5 —teamed with Timex on a limited release watch for Barney’s Co-Op. Working within the confines of a small, octagonal face JK5 fluidly adorned the timepiece with symmetrical linework and vibrant color choices. Though fairly cryptic, the glyph-like etchings read “JK5″ and “Barneys,” horizontally across the top. Turned sideways the watch face reads, “Illuminate,” and the numbers one to nine. On the bottom it says, “Love, Light, Create.” The functional labeling (i.e. “start”) is slightly clearer in a contrasting color. Available this Holiday, exclusively at Barney’s Co-Op.

Once again Creative Recreation has produced some special colorways of their footwear for Barneys New York. The Kaplan was the base this season and it comes in black/rose gold and white/rose gold, while keeping an overall subtle and solid look.

For the launch of his book, The Sartorialist has teamed up with Barneys New York to launch the SartoriaLUST pop-up store.

“It has everything a Sartorialist would lust for… a specially curated mix of clothes and accessories pulled from the entire men’s store at Barneys New York.

While I was at Pitti this Summer I also collaborated on a few special items with brands like: Boglioli, Roda and Sciamat, that will be sold exclusively at The SartoriaLUST. Even Al Bazar is sending a small selection of items all the way from Milan.”

Once again Alife teams up with Barneys New York. For Summer 2009 they worked on the Everybody High Scratch Pack, which consists of three colorways – mustard, grey and burgundy. All three come with tonal and contrast laces and feature a small yellow embroidery on the heel. The pack will be released today and into the weekend at all Barneys locations, with the sneakers going for 130 USD.
