Coming with the February 2012 issue of Japan’s Sense Magazine is the above Bape x mastermind JAPAN 100% Bearbrick by Medicom. The toy comes in matte black with metallic gold branding. Certainly one of the better gifts to come with a magazine we would say.

For the occasion of the Bearbrick World Wide Tour 2, Medicom has teamed up with Nike. They produced two Nike Air Force 1 sneakers, featuring faux fur uppers, imitating the iconic Bearbrick toy of the Japanese brand. The sneaker comes in both brown and black versions, with the Bearbrick logo placed on the tongue. The collaborative sneakers will release on December 3rd, 2011. The BE@ARBRICK SASQUATCHfabrix 200% Chogokin (metal) figure will be dropping November 12th. This delightful fellow sees darker themed art work with its grey/black horizontal strips and  a skull and crossbones emblazoned on the backside of the dome.

Earlier today we presented the upcoming Bape x Medicom Toy 100% Bearbrick. Here is now a look at the collaborative t-shirt collection that the two brands came up with, fusing design elements of A Bathing Ape and the iconic plastic toy. Special edition versions of the t-shirts will release for Bapemania members and for Zozotown as well. Each tee comes with the white 100% Bearbrick toy.

Medicom Toy’s Be@rbrick has teamed up with Swedish label Happy Socks to release a collaborative bear and matching sock set. The project is scheduled to launch on July 6th, 2011. Check out their microsite for more information.

Medicom Toy celebrates 10 years of their genre defining Be@rbrick toy with Series 22. Featured designs include American rappers House of Pain, Japanese brand Wonder Worker Guerrilla Band, DC Comic’s Green Lantern, card game UNO, Disney films Cars and Pirates of the Caribbean and more. Bearbrick series 22 will be released late June 2011.

It looks like Shinsuke Takizawa from Neighborhood commissioned a 1000% Bearbrick custom, inspired by the original Tin Robot. The outcome is really impressive, with the entire sculpture built from metal and featuring everything one would expect from a Tin Robot and more.
