The Beastie Boys‘ “Fight For Your Right-Revisited” recreates the group’s classic “Fight For Your Right” music video with a star-studded cast that includes Jack Black, Seth Rogan, Danny McBridge, John C. Reilly, Elijah Wood and Will Ferrell, amongst others. The full piece will run 30 minutes and acts as a promotional video for the track “Make Some Noise” from the Beastie Boys’ eighth album Hot Sauce Committee Part Two. Enjoy the two-minute trailer!

The Beastie Boys have revealed the album cover for “Hot Sauce Committee Part Two” today. We have to admit that we like the colorful, yet clean and structured take of the artwork. The album will be released May 3rd and we will of course keep you posted.

In an interesting collaboration Nixon teamed up with the Beastie Boys to work on overall 4 colorways of the Time Teller P watch.

“With Mike D with a bottle of cognac on the face and the quotation ”I accept this award on behalf of the band” written on the band, the Maritime themed watch fits the Beastie steez to a tee. Only 20 global retailers will be dropping one of four colorways each week in December. “

Seminal hip-hop group the Beastie Boys team with watch maker Nixon on a set of Time Teller P watches, as seen here on display at Bread & Butter Berlin. The timepiece comes in 4 colors – white, green, blue and red and is printed with various Beastie Boys imagery and wording. Look out for a release shortly.

On Saturday July 21, Stussy stores will release a collaboration with the legendary rock group, The Stooges. Led by front man Iggy Pop, The Stooges were formed in 1967 and “virtually single-handedly godfathered punk rock, garage rock and American heavy metal.” They reformed in 2003 for live shows and recently released their first new studio album in over 30 years, The Weirdness. On July 28, 2007, Iggy Pop and The Stooges will perform at the Fuji Rock Festival in Japan along with The Beastie Boys, The Cure, The Chemical Brothers and Fishbone. To celebrate the occasion Stussy is releasing this collaboration t-shirt!
