We preview the new leather card holder from the upcoming Benny Gold Fall 2010 Collection. The leather accessory comes in a new colorway this season, still featuring the glider plane logo embossed, which makes for a nice detail.

Benny Gold tips us off to his latest Glider Plane Series tee. “When The Hundreds opened their retail store in SF I designed a shirt for their opening. It has been one of their most popular shirts to date They returned the favor with their rendition of out classic Stay Gold Glider Icon. The shirt is releasing exclusively at the Benny Gold store in SF this Saturday the 12th. Bobby Hundreds is going to be in attendance giving away the original sketch of the design to a lucky customer!”

Benny Gold continues his Glider Plane Series with London based design firm I Love Dust. “Every season I ask an artist / designer that I respect to reinterpret our “Stay Gold” Glider Plane. The Glider plane is the symbol that set everything in motion for the Benny Gold brand and it’s great to see others take on it.” Now available here.

Benny Gold gives us an official look inside his newly opened SF retail store. His thoughts:

It’s a bi-level Mission space that serves both as our graphic design studio (upstairs) and retail showroom on the bottom level. The very talented form3 built and designed it for us. They were great with helping us realize the space and made it fit in perfectly into such a classic building.

Benny Gold continues to grow his collection and adds this season denim to the line-up.

“It took half a year of sampling and multiple revisions to get it done just right. The denim is made in the USA of high quality materials available in a raw or gold selvage option. I am really excited about our expansion into denim.

Stop by our store 3171 21st Street in San Francisco to pick up a pair – you wont be disappointed!

Here is some fit samples – it’s not too baggy and not too slim. The fit is perfect and still gives you leg room to run from the cops or jump on the board and bike.
Hopefully by now you know I am obsessed with the detailing. Here are a few examples of the many details put into our denim. (Classic designed hand burned leather tags, Sectioned off pen holder in the coin pocket, gold buttons, waist band prints, Gold selvage line and Paper plane flight pattern back pocket arcuate).”

You can see that a lot of effort went into the denim.
