We finish the presentation of the hobo Fall/Winter 2010 Collection, after earlier showing you the footwear and bags, with the accessories. This part of the line is to us most impressive, as they are just so many beautiful pieces in the collection. From outdoor wool blankets, the watches, gloves, leather wallets, hats, bracelets to other great leather and metal accessories the line-up is extremely strong. Without a doubt, hobo may be the strongest accessories line in the market at the moment.

Opening Ceremony continues to present special collaborative product for their new Ace Hotel location, which actually opens its doors today. Designer Phillip Lim has designed a special set, consisting of a cashmere blanket and matching eye mask. It comes in 3 colorways. New eyewear brand Illesteva, known for their hig quality sunglasses, produced in Germany and Italy, has also created a special line-up of sunglasses especially for Opening Ceremony. Both the wool pieces by Phillip Lim and the sunglasses by Illesteva will be exclusively available at the new Opening Ceremony store at the Ace Hotel NYC from today.

Featuring icons from Damien Hirst’s New Religion series and large enough for a double bed, Other Criteria’s luxury blankets are 100% cashmere, made in Scotland on a Jacquard loom and finished by hand. Each has a purled fringe and 2 New Religion labels.

Using techniques similar to those used 150 years ago, fabric and colour are built up in layers and given clarity and depth by the use of soft, pure Scottish water and cloth woven from the finest of of fibres. Part of the finishing process involves air-drying and paper-pressing the blankets to ensure a lustrous surface.

The blankets are available exclusively from Other Criteria and go for £ 975.
