BMW has released the first images of the 2013 BMW X6 Sports Activity Coupé. Check out some info about the vehicle below:

The BMW X6 is the world’s first ever Sports Activity Coupé, still a unique combination of sporty dynamics and supreme versatility and with further enhanced appeal from spring 2012. Selective modifications in design and innovative equipment features hone the profile of the new BMW X6 as a distinctive model within the premium segment of all-wheel-drive automobiles. Its exceptional standing and ongoing popularity is due to both its highly expressive design, combing the athletic and elegant lines of a coupé with the supremacy of a BMW X model, and the fascinating driving experience provided by powerful petrol and diesel engines fitted with BMW TwinPower Turbo Technology and the intelligent all-wheel-drive system xDrive, including Dynamic Performance Control.

Since its market launch, more than 150,000 of the Sporty Activity Coupé were sold within approximately three years. This far exceeded the original plans. And the continuing high level of demand for the BMW X6 on the worldwide automobile markets is impressive confirmation of the unusual vehicle concept of the Sports Activity Coupé.

In an interesting new collaboration, the BMW M racing division has teamed up with K2 on a special edition version of the SideShow model. The design of the skis was inspired by the BMW M automobiles and features the traditional blue/red/white colorway of the M division. Limited to only 500 pairs, the skis will not go on sale, but can be won in this year’s BMW xDrive Cup, where people can collect badges at 13 winter sports venues in Austria, Switzerland, Germany and Italy. 5 badges will give you the chance to win the skis and 15 badges will actually give you a chance at a brand new BMW X1.

BMW release their 2012 M3 “Competition Edition” for the USA market, that’s complete with a high set of refined changes: exterior “frozen silver” paint job, black M3 GTS 19 inch wheels, tipped dark chrome exterior and exhaust. Leather upholstery finished the interior nicely. This motors will cost $20,000 more than the base model, but is a a good look for all fans of the BMW line.

BMW presents the sixth generation of the BMW 3 Series Sedan. The latest iteration of the car has a sportier look and is available with either a 300 hp six cylinder or a 240 hp turbo four cylinder engine and a choice of six speed manual or 8 speed automatic transition.

BMW has unveiled the electric BMW i3 Concept and BMW i8 Concept cars. Focused on sustainability the BMW i3 is an-all, rear-wheel drive hatchback, while the hybrid i8 coupe (above) pairs an electric motor with a turbocharged three-cylinder for an all-wheel drive option. The look of the vehicles is completely unexpected from BMW, but we like it!

BMW has unveiled the M3 CRT (Carbon Racing Technology) at a pre-event leading up to this weekend’s 24 Hours of Nurburgring. With ample use of carbon fibre and titanium components, the 450 horsepower M3 has a weight-to-power ratio of 7.7 pounds per horsepower. The car comes in an exclusive Frozen Polar Silver metallic with Melbourne Red metallic trim, with various exclusive trim. Also unique to the CRT are the two individual rear seats. Only 67 M3 CRTs will be built, and none will be sold in the U.S.

Of course the design has also been updated, providing the perfect balance between comfort, design and performance. All in all an incredible every day car that will get you from 0 to 100 kph in just 4.4 seconds.

BMW of North America announced a production run of twenty identically equipped 2011 Frozen Black Edition M3 Coupes for the United States. The 2011 Frozen Black Edition M3 Coupe features BMW Individual Frozen Black exterior paint with a deep metallic luster, extended Novillo Leather with unique red-contrast stitching, M3 GTS black wheels, red brake calipers, and gloss black exterior trim elements. With the Frozen Black Edition M3 Coupe, BMW is celebrating the availability of its exotic Frozen paint colors under the custom-tailored BMW Individual program.

Each 2011 Frozen Black Edition M3 Coupe will be powered by the 4.0-liter, 414-horsepower M V8 engine, equipped with BMW’s M Double Clutch Transmission, which lowers the 0-60mph acceleration time of the M3 to 4.5 seconds from 4.7.

Once again BMW is expanding their popular MINI product family. After adding a station wagon version, a lifted all wheel drive variant, the brand is going back to its motor sport roots and will be releasing next the the MINI Coupé.

First images of the final car have now turned up and everything from the engines to the chassis is built to offer a fun and young sports car. The biggest engine will have 211 horsepower, which should be more than enough to make the small car push you into your seats.

Considered one of the most beautiful and successful sports cars of the 1930s, BMW pays tribute this year to the 328, which turns 75 in 2011. Once again the oldtimer will take part in the iconic Mille Miglia race this year and that is also where BMW will reveal the BMW 328 Hommage to the public, a special edition car, celebrating the oldtimer. Design elements of the original can be found through out the entire new 328 Hommage, which has been constructed of reinforced carbon fibre plastic on the upper, making it even lighter than aluminium. Materials of the past are being fused with materials of the future, with the result being a beautiful up to date sports car with a clear hint at the past.

BMW Italia and Trussardi have created a limited edition of the 5 Series Gran Turismo to mark the fashion house’s centennial.

“Elegant, understated, and at the same time sensual and attractive, the BMW 5 Series Trussardi was inspired by the world of leather and gloves, which characterized the origins of the brand.For the new BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo, built in a limited edition and designed by the Trussardi style office,the emphasis was on new exterior details and new and luxurious interior finishings. For the exterior look, the choice fell on an exclusive color – a characteristic warm metallic brown that has been named Heraldic Brown. The paintwork is executed in three layers and the color of the body changes gradation with varying exposition to light.Several elements, such as the front grill,the rear strip and the shadow-line are in the same color as the body, while the strip in the front air intake is dark grey matt. The 20-inch double-spoke alloy wheels, no. 316, which mount 245/40 tires in the front and 275/35 in the back,have been burnished to blend in with the unique look of the car. The Trussardi logo – the greyhound that is the symbol of the fashion house in the center of a heraldic coat of arms – appears on the front fenders,near the directional blinkers,as further identifi cation of this special edition. The interior finishings of the BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo Trussardi are exclusive as well. The special order Trussardi version of the BMW 5 Series GT can be ordered on a series of models from BMW Italy and takes about 6 weeks.
