Atlanta, Georgia’s Standard is the latest retail entity to team up with the current man in footwear Mark McNairy. The two worked on a set of 3 brogue boots that are now available. Check out what Standard says about this collaboration:

Born of a 9 year friendship that is based on mutual admiration, a love of fashion, and all things George Michael, Standard is pleased to offer 3 new boot styles. The first two are 7 eyelet and leather-soled. One features tan grain with red wool flannel while the other is brown grain paired with hunter green wool flannel. The third version is black grain with navy wool flannel. It also features 7 eyelets, waxed leather laces and a white Vibram Cristy sole.

We’re partial towards the black pair with the Vibram Cristy sole. Which do you guys prefer?

For Fall 2012, Palladium has teamed up with Richard Chai for this collection of footwear. The collection will be making its debut this week at Chai’s F/W ‘12 runway show, but will be revamped for the actual retail release later this year. We see some nice use of various materials such as corduroy, wool felt, and herringbone, which were utilized on boots, both high 8-hole and 6-hole boots.

Once again Japanese brand visvim has released a new boot from its Spring/Summer 2012 Collection. The Virgil Cantor-Folk Boots come with an Italian vegetable tanned cowhide upper, natural cork footbed, a hand-stitched welt construction and of course a cusstom Vibram outer sole. Overall the boots come in 4 colorways and should be available from retailers in the coming weeks.

This past week Nike has added the SFB Boots, the Special Field Boots, to their iD program. Keeping the choice minimal, allows you to create your own version of the boot, while not going too wild. A few colors, some camo patterns and of course your personal iD writing can be chosen on the boot, which goes for 175 USD. Check it out here.

Sebago has partnered with two authentic American brands, Filson and Woolrich, for Fall/Winter 2012. Together, the three brands offer a collection of high-quality, well-crafted and good-looking boots. Mid and higher cut styles in a mix of premium leather, Filson canvas and Woolrich wool. Look for these at select Sebago accounts this fall.

One of the most popular boots from visvim comes back for Spring/Summer 2012. The Grizzly Boots Mid-Folk return in overall 4 colorways, mixing suede, leather and canvas. As usual the turn-out is impressive and very unique. Look out for the boots at visvim FIL stores from this weekend.

Dr. Martens has released their Spring/Summer 2012 collection and here is a look at some of the highlights from it. A really broad range is offered in both lows and highs. Highlights for us include the 1461 low in tonal red, purple and black, as well as some of the more polished styles like the Chester and Caine. Take a look for yourself, but also check the video below from Dr. Martens’ campaign for this season.

Vane and Sebago keep their partnership moving forward with the release of 3 new boots military inspired boots. For this drop, the two went with 3 different styles: a Jungle Tactic boot made of premium leather and suede detailngs; an Orbital Command boot with a moc toe; and the Camo Exo boot featuring a digital camo print on the side panels. The boots are limited to 150 pairsand they’re available at the Vane web shop.

VICE Media and Palladium Boots, who have worked closely together on Palladium’s urban exploration films including Tokyo Rising and Detroit Lives, now team up to launch their first ever collaborative boot. The VBS.TV Pampa Tactical Boot will feature a combination ballistic nylon and waterproof nubuck upper in navy blue, with a moisture wicking Dri-Lex lining. Only 100 pairs of this capsule boot will be produced, with most reserved for VICE correspondents, field producers and camera operators – though Palladium is releasing a very limited number of pairs to the public on www.palladiumboots.com.

Dior Homme presents a fashionable, yet rugged, two-tone boot offering for this Spring/Summer 2012 season. The predominantly black brogue-style boots are comprised of calfskin and they feature an indented rubber platform sole that resembles a serrated blade. These boots are currently available at retailers such as colette.
