Some nice new desert boots are releasing as part of the Dr. Martens Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The Manson Desert Boot comes in three suede colorways with nice color accents, giving this classic style an interesting updated look. Our personal favorite is the grey colorway with royal blue accents. All three are now available for pre-order from Hip Leeds.

From the Junya Watanabe Comme des Garcons Fall/Winter 2009 Collection come these new suede boots. The high boots come in a light beige suede and feature some nice wingtip details on the upper. All in all a very solid shoe for the colder times that are ahead of us. The boots are now available at colette.

Fracap produces all their boots in a small Italian factory by hand and moves most of their units in Japan. For Oki-Ni they now produced this new Moutaineering Boot. It comes in both dark brown leather and in beige suede. Both shoes feature white and red laces and are now available here.

The classic Red Wing 879 Boots will be coming in a special new make-up this coming week, as an exclusive pre-release at two stores in Berlin. Red Wing has been making premium boots in the US since the beginning of the 20th century and continues to produce their boots in the US today. The iconic 879 boots are in the market since 1953 and they have not changed since. For Bread & Butter the boot will come in a limited edition raw leather variation, where the flesh side of the leather has been turned outside. Limited to only 44 pairs, 22 pairs will be going to Burg & Schild and the other 22 pairs will go to 14 oz. in Berlin. Later this year more retailers will also be receiving the boots.

We get a look at the Undercover Spring/Summer 2010 Boots. Jun Takahashi, mentioned earlier that he was inspired by the creations of Dieter Rams for his new collection and that is clearly reflected in the color palette of these upcoming boots. The boots look very interesting, fusing an old-school hiking boot look with some modern features. Something to look out for!

Some of the most exciting footwear in the new Dior Homme Fall/Winter 2009 Collection comes in the form of boots. They present the Elasticized Lace Boots and a Chukka Boot. As the name implies the elastic lace boots have a very interesting closing system, which results in the boot having a futuristic look, for sure something that is not for everybody. The Chukka Boot comes in a nice premium black leather with a couple of white accents. The boots will be released later this summer at Luisaviaroma.

We show you another interesting style from the adidas Originals by Originals Kazuki Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. In collaboration with Neighborhood, Kazuki designed the Sharptail Boot.

Cold weather wear meets the cutting edge with this high cut moccasin winter boot designed in conjunction with Kazuki and Japanese brand NEIGHBORHOOD. A sneaker-styled outsole brings this boot, with its soft leather upper, up-to-date, while the molded Kazuki signature sockliner and NEIGHBORHOOD trefoil logo
on the heel patch and tongue set nice accents, while the boots keep an overall clean line.

Undercover presents two new leather shoes as part of their Spring/Summer 2009 Collection. The leather shoe comes in black leather with tazzles and a thick sole, something we have previously seen on the Japanese market by George Cox. Undercover presents a solid new look of this classic with some nice details, especially on the heel and the sole. Furthermore they present a high leather boot with some nice cutomizations on the outer sole. The Undercover Spring/Summer 2009 Footwear is now available at Cliff Edge.

We get a first look at the new Service Boots by Japanese brand Victim. For Fall/Winter 2009 they will be coming in three premium suede versions with nice details and leather sole. Each boot comes with tonal laces and we especially like how they constructed the toe box on the boot. Look out for a release later this year at Armth.

A very solid boot is come from the Y-3 Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The Kuteitai boots come in two colorways – all black and distressed navy blue with a striped design around the ankle. The brand created a nice modern take on a boot in this case and presents two nice colorways for the upcoming collection.
