The other day Selectism reported about the new Dr. Martens "7 Eyelet Boot" to becoming out soon. There is more to come from the UK boot maker.

For AW08 DMs introduce the ‘Monochrome’ range- the 1460 design is stripped right back to unadulterated form and classic silhouette, true to the core in heritage, style and design and available only in simple black or white."
Oki-Ni will be carrying the range soon.

Just a couple of days ago we presented to you the Uniform Experiment Fall/Winter 2008 collection. Part of the collection is an interesting collaboration with UK label Tricker’s. Founded in 1829, Tricker’s is a traditional English shoe and boot maker, still manufacturing everything by hand in Northampton.
Once again the Japanese brand has chosen a collaborator that is best at its task. The outcome is a quality pair of Chukka Boots, which are part of the new Uniform Experiment collection.

Just yesterday we gave you a look at the Sophnet Fall/Winter 2008 collection and at their upcoming Visvim Logan collaboration sneakers . Last week we took a first look at their 10th anniversary collaboration with Danner on a series of boots. Here you get a better look at all 4 models that they will be offering as of beginning of September.
The Danner boots come in a light brown and black version, both featuring red and blue laces and a white sole. The Danner Light comes in beige and black, with matching laces and black sole. All four boots come with a zipper on the interior side.

Japanese brand Sophnet will be celebrating their 10th anniversary this year. For the occasion they have of course aligned some special products. 
The line-up consists of an Eastpak collaboration on their classic backpack. It comes in a black nylon/beige suede version. With Danner they worked on the Danner Light boots. They come in a beige colorway with red laces, making a nice accent. Via Honeyee.
The Sophnet 10th anniversary collection will be released 2nd of August.

As part of his Fall/Winter 2008 collection, Junya Watanabe (Comme des Garcons), once again presents a collaboration with Vans. This time he created a wingtip boot on vulcanized sole with sidezippers. As usual the designer impresses with his classic re-interpretations. Via Mr. Kim.

We present you a first look at the Surface 2 Air Fall/Winter 2008 collection. The Parisian brand presents a nice array of products consisting of denim, shirts, as well as special cut & sew pieces for both men and women. They also present some quality leather shoes and boots as well as and some nice bag accessories.
What you see here, is already available in the new Surface 2 Air store in the Marais district of Paris.

Just yesterday we presented you the Nike ACG x Pendleton Woolen Mills jacket. Today we give you a look at the Air Blazer ACG Mid Gore-Tex. The Air Blazer ACG Mid, which is part of Nike ACG’s Trail range, echoes Nike’s commitment of listening to athletes and building footwear according to their needs. Besides all the technical details and the Gore-Tex upper, the Air Blazer ACG Mid also comes in a nice brown colorway with graphical elements on the heel that connect it to the Pendleton range.
Expect the Nike Air Blazer ACG Mid to be coming to stores soon.

Releasing this weekend are the Visvim Folk Virgil Boots. The boots come just like the rest of the Folk series with a thinner sole than we are used from Visvim. Also the uppers are made up of premium suede. The boots come in 4 colorways (black,brown, beige, light brown) and each one features on the heel a color accent. Pic via Touch Magazine.

Stash announces an upcoming collaboration between Red Wing and Boston based store Concepts. He shows first images of his factory visit. It looks like you can be looking out for the product this coming winter season.

Japanese brand Ubiq got together with store Cactus to work on a collaboration of the Carphill hiking boots. The outcome is interesting. The back heel and the tongue of the boots feature patterned wool panels. The boots come in brown and blue and will be released on 14th of April at Flauge.
This release is a bit on the limit in terms of timing. In April people get ready for the summer. But the boots are nice!
